    Our HS XC coach has a fall sprint team that is a part of the XC team… He does a fabulous job training that crew of sprinter/hurdlers!

    Really appreciate the video and the off season guide. For the day 1 hurdling speed work what height should I put it at if I’m training for college 110s? Thank you!

    in the first 3 hurdles i run a decent speed but after that i tend to stutter step, do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?

      It depends, are you talking about the hundred/110 m hurdles or the 300 hurdles?
