Thats why the others refused thsi dam business and the government was forced to go elsewhere , those relocated in the 70s when they built a dam on chania river have suffered clashes so government should build their dams in forests

The dilemma is real. Stay until food aid and other supplies are delivered and risk death or leave for higher grounds and miss out on the supplies. On the other hand, government officials in charge of the aid are praying that you either get swept by the floods or you migrate far away. Help is a available but not for the victims.
