- Adidas recently dropped a bunch of Yeezys on their website at the end of May to include the Yeezy 500 High Tactical Boot sand. I've had this on my radar ever since they announced it because I thought it actually looked good enough to pass regulations for wear. I bought the boots at MSRP around $300.
DISCLAIMER: These things are not officially coyote brown.

Great review, as soon as I saw them with the OCPs I already knew they were too light 😂 They do look good with the black cargo pants as you mentioned though

apparently they feel more light like sneakers and it has been said that for running and movement they would be an excellent choice as far as boots go for those purposes
I wear timbs all through the fall but they are quite heavy. Just ordered a pair of these because I think they will be more comfy

These look like army boots , but compared to Lowa or other brands not sure what use would they have. Here in Europe around 190€ are similar to lowas just modern tactical boots with vibram outsoles and goratex, but for that money it’s a tank shoe , from staying in mud , water , carrying heavy backpack thru hard terrain , oil and chemical resistant outsole , rope climbing thing in the outsole and so on. With how these are it’s just canvas or weak leather so they look really aesthetically nice and breathable , but 300€ men are they crazy , they doesn’t even have boots in them like you’ve mentioned ultra boost, apparently some Yeezy doesn’t use boost , but some worse stuff .. so at this point they might be about as comfortable as modern Eva midsoles . So from my point of view it’s aesthetic fashion shoe only , as they are breathable , but doesn’t last either in rain , mud or wear and tear and basically every army shoe will be better in protection and durability and every ultra boost or what not sneaker nowadays will be even more breathable and comfy. Edit / thinking about it pricing is kinda insane , full on military tactical boot without warranty issues are high top 120€ and boost terrex from adidas are around 200 and often discounted to 170€ or less , here in Europe you would have shoes like these , but real army ones around 100€ in desert Camo and gora tex

I’d buy a pair and I would wear them if they are comfortable, I had the desert boot but had to sell cause they felt so uncomfortable in my size and if I went a size higher I feel they would look too big

I'm LE and I got the Salomon Jungle Boot in Coyote for $200 that I use as a duty boot, but if these drop below $150 I'm all over them!!!

Officially, probably not because they aren’t officially the authorized color of “coyote brown” and definitely looks lighter.

Man, that is a sneaker boot, not a professional or a real utility boot, its a fashion piece of urban fashion type that looks good with a confortable wear
Good points, not trying to disagree with you. Although, cosmetically it’s almost identical to other boots officially authorized for service members
Even if they were the right color, the logos would disqualify them per reg if it’s still the same as I remember.
I believe it may have been updated since then. As far as the Air Force regs go, brand logos just need to be subdued. Similar to how the Nike check is subdued on their Nike Military boots.

Damn, You paid full retail for these. I just copped a pair yesterday for $135. I just hope they're as comfortable as everyone is saying. I personally hate Yeezys, but these are the closest Boot I can find to the old military side zip Converse that are no longer made so thought I'd try these out. I know Reebok makes a boot identical to the old Converse, but the Reebok suck and are no where near as comfortable as the Cons were. I did try the Reebok and I pretty much gave them away within a week of owning them. The Converse were by far the most comfortable and lightest boot I've ever worn and it honesty pisses me off that Converse discontinued them about 10-15 years back. I may cop another pair of the 500 highs if they're actually comfortable.

@DistanTThunder2 yes sir. I've watched every video on these, and everyone is saying they're comfortable AF. Guess I'll find out once they show up 2moro. I just hope Adidas still has some 11s in stock at the end of the week if they are as comfortable as everyone says.

theoretically you can dye them a bit with coffee, it would help but could ruin the shoe.
