Many people jump higher off one foot instead of two. I could barely dunk jumping straight up off 2 feet but could go crazy with a slow running start and springing off one. No. Dunking the ball will become regular overtime. The conditioning and training culture for women has changed. Lifting weights is normalized now. If this video is accurate, this girl is 6'2 and can dunk. Most boys at that height can't dunk.

She's playing against high-school competition. She wouldn't be doing it against either that Iowa or LSU team we just saw in the NCAA's.
For a girl at 6'2" being able to dunk is extremely impressive. When she gets to college it will be an eye opener for her as the level she will be playing against will be so much greater but she'll adapt.
