    Let's say we only use for pcp airgun tank only not for breathing/diving tank do we still need to replace the cartridge

    • @bauerkompressoren
      @bauerkompressoren  5 місяців тому +1

      Yes! The filter cartridge must still be changed regularly, otherwise it will fill up with water, become oversaturated and clump together. This can block the air flow, which poses a risk. In addition, particles can become dislodged, which can enter the storage tanks to be filled and cause damage.

    I did not quite understand if the safety valve should be completelt shut clock wise or anti-clockwise.

    • @bauerkompressoren
      @bauerkompressoren  6 місяців тому

      This provides you with further information on the safety valve:
      The safety valves described here are spring-loaded safety valves, in other words, the closing force is effected by a spring. Depending on the inlet pressure (pressure in the pressure system or pressure vessel to be secured), the safety valve behaves as follows:
      • The safety valve remains closed as long as the spring pressure remains greater than the inlet pressure.
      • lf the inlet pressure rises above the set response pressure, the spring is compressed and the valve can be heard to open. The medium flows into the surroundings through the venting holes.
      • lf the inlet pressure drops below the set response pressure, the valve closes again.
      The spring pressure and the response pressure of the safety valve are adjusted using a screw. The inlet air screw is only for checking the function of the valve.
      The response pressure of the safety valves depends on the order and is between 100 and 365 bar. All the valves are fitted with lead seals in the factory to prevent unauthorised adjustment of the response pressure.

    Good afternoon sir, I have a problem, I have a Junior II. After more than 3 years of use, there is a leak in the safety valve, then I think the cartridge filter needs to be replaced. A week later I bought a cartridge filter with part number 057679, but the safety valve was still leaking too. So what's the problem?? Different number of filter cartridges or safety valves sir????

    • @bauerkompressoren
      @bauerkompressoren  6 місяців тому

      Thank you for your email. The mentioned article number 057679 is a filter cartridge for the purification of compressed air. This has nothing to do with the safety valve. The filter cartridge is a consumable that must be replaced regularly to ensure the required breathing air quality. Please follow the instructions in the operating manual.
      With regard to the safety valve, please contact an authorised BAUER dealer, as this is a safety-relevant component. You can find our distributors here: www.bauer-kompressoren.de/en/bauer-worldwide/sales-partners-worldwide/

    Hallo, can you please correct me if wrong, do I understand correctly that in this compressor configuration /automatic drain and switch/ filling hose shall be deflated completely once compressor switched off for a longer period? And when deflating of hose done using filling valve, filter unit still remains pressurized to avoid saturation of filter. In other words depressurizing of filling hose will not cause that filter unit will lose pressure completely?

    • @bauerkompressoren
      @bauerkompressoren  11 місяців тому +1

      Hello, thank you for your comment and your question. We can answer this as follows: If the filling hose is to be removed from the tank, the filling adaptor/valve must be depressurised, otherwise it cannot be removed.
      This means that the connector is depressurised, but not the filling hose and the P21 TRIPLEX filter column. In other words, the unit is pressurised and this pressure should not be released from the P21 until the next restart.
      An exception to this is the 2nd stage intermediate separator, which is depressurised after the unit is stopped.
      When the unit is restarted, any remaining pressure (depending on how long the unit has not been in operation) should be released in order to avoid peak current consumption.

    How long fill out the scuba tank?

    • @bauerkompressoren
      @bauerkompressoren  Рік тому

      The duration to fill a diving cylinder depends on several factors like charging rate, the size of the cylinder as well as the filling pressure. If you have for example a JUNIOR II or PE 100 with a charging rate of 100 l/min, one 11 l diving cylinder, as well as a filling pressure of 200 bar, it would take approx. 22 minutes to fill the breathing air cylinder.

    Hi sir good day. I use bauet compressor. But there is problem. There is oil in the cartrodge filter. What is the priblem of that. What will i change..

      Thank you for your comment. If you have liquid oil in the filter cartridge, this can have several causes. Please contact an official BAUER dealer: www.bauer-kompressoren.de/en/bauer-worldwide/sales-partners-worldwide/
      Please also observe the notes on operation and maintenance in the operating instructions, e.g. regular condensate drainage and filter cartridge replacement.

    This video should have shown how to depressurize filling hoses more correctly , on one hand you say filling hoses need to be depressurized to connect to machine in depressurized state , on other hand you say filter system need to be pressurized after use , won't the filter housing also lose its pressure when we depressurize the hose ? To be clear, after filling we depressurize the connector area to be able to remove the connector from cylinder but the pressure gauge will still show the last filled pressure which can be brought to zero by opening the valve further and completely depressurizing the hose and to zero. I didn't understand which depressurizing are you talking about, the connector area or complete hose?

    I use BAUER Kompressoren Junior II. I got a problem during using the air compressor to refill the air
    cylinders. As per the instruction manual, international filling connector connected to the air bottle,
    opened the cylinder valve then pressure gauge showing present pressure of the bottle. Once I
    started the compressor air is not filling to cylinder, when removed the connecter from the bottle
    pressure gauge still showing the beginning pressure of the bottle without dropping. While running
    the machine I felt air leaking on top of the safety valve of filter cartridge. Advise m

    How often should the air filters be changed?

    • @bauerkompressoren
      @bauerkompressoren  Місяць тому

      That depends on the operating conditions. In the B-APP or B-CLOUD we provide some calculation tools that help with finding out how often you need to change the filter cartridges. Find the calculation tool here: b-cloud.bauer-kompressoren.de/tools
