I love sound of running water...there can be so many variation it is unbeliviable...My favorites are gentle moving water small stream with stones.

This sound takes me back, to when I used to sit by the creek 14 years ago. The sound of the water there calmed my anxiety over something painful that happened back, in 2009.

One thing I know for fact sleeping issue can change and regulate to normal I went months body wouldn't go into sleep mode untill it just decided it gonna give me rest , I now sleep from ten to six.

Hey girl. As a mommy of a three and four year old - be loud while they're napping - you will SO thank yourself in the future. Also the "shhh" noise from your mouth is a mimic of the sounds they hear in the womb and is super calming to them. I just want to thank you so much for making this video and I know it's not much but I stayed up till 12:00 and my mom told me it was WAY past my bed time so I put on this and I put my sleeping mask on and then I fell asleep!

Maybe it would be also nice to experiment with some slow low flying drone footage (not too much!!!)or a "walk" through the forest" or stroll next to the river if that looks nice. All the best, Basil

I use running water videos for my shy blatter and the birds, if there are any, can be so distracting for me, so thank you. And thank you for having it not sound like a fish tank water filter pump, those are some of the worst :-(
This year I bought new microphones that make the sound much more interesting. In the near future you will hear a new sound on my videos.

Birds sound is soul refresing when you miss nature and weather dont support nature visits...humming wind moving grass but not fitting for getting sleep..sometimes when I wake up middle of the night,cannot get sleep or before I want to get up...I listen nature sounds like peaceful running water.Also nature sounds mixed instrumental and classical music works...
