Hi, for the ometa, what is the lowest tenperature you have found it to still be effective and not go into defrost mode?
Also, what tenperature was your house when you did this test? Thanks

Hi👋 the house was at 19 degrees Celsius i have been running the dehumidifier with temperatures down to 14 degrees is just has bigger and longer defrost cycles.
On 18c and above it usually stops for 5 minutes every hour depending the humidity don’t worry about the defrost mode it is normal operation of the device many times the device runs for a full day in that period you will need to empty the tank a couple of times depending on humidity

Very Important! Before the first use you must keep the dehumidifier in vertical position! at least 12 hours! Available for all types!

This is important if you choose to buy a Dehumidifier with compressor in it the other two types desiccant and thermoelectric peltier don’t have the same problem
