Ei, so you folks think GH is rich? The country hasn't built wealth yet o. All those big budget MPs expenditure is from borrowed funds...future generation Ghanaians will be paying that off. If the govt is unable to determine who really needs that kind of help (means-testing), it's better they focus on creating the environment for the parents to be able to cover the cost themselves.
