when making kottu mee
1.cut potato into small peices & chop garlic.
2.fry them in oil till get brown colour
3.add salt & chillie powder to it.mix it well
4.then add water to the same pan. ( enough to boil the noodle and for the soup)
5.then add the flavor packets to the hot water ( add soy sauce if you like)
6.add the noodle and boil it
7.enjoy a flavorful kottu mee ramen ❤
