Goa: 137 km (85 mi)
Karnataka: 294 km (183 mi)

No express way for Kerala. Even for nh66 centre begged Kerala for 25% land acquisition cost. I heard they are begging for cash from Kerala for other projects also...

Everyone is pointing out that India is in huge debt. There is no wonder that our government initiates this much developed within a few years. It won't come free. And we need to remember that the UPA government also brings our country into debt without giving anything to us. BJP is far better than any other governments we had in the past.

4200km completed in last 10 year and now it is 5221 km
Till 2014 only 1021 km expressway
In last 9 years current indian government doing fantastic job towards development of roads railways air water ways energy and defence sector is key for industrial revolution logistics.
Digital economy is one of best work done by current indian government.
Before 2014 rate of infrastructure development was slow. New express ways

A lot of spurs are also under construction.
- Garoth-Ujjain (part of DME)
- Jaipur Spur (part of DME)
- Baniala-Damero (linking Trans Haryana with DME)
- Tharad- Ahmedabad (linking Amritsar-Jamngar with Ahmedabad and eventually with DME)
Why do we not build green belt along expressways possibly 50mtr wide which will not only help environment but will also protect the area from encroachment.
Lack of land. Land acquisition is the biggest hurdle in India. We don't have that much land available and if we have then most of the land belongs to farmers which is toughest task to acquire the land from them.
We are doing very well with the land which we have. Can't expect much more unless we become akhanda bharat again 😅

Aamas Darbhanga Expressway in Bihar was to be inaugurated by December 2024, but till now not more than 65 kilometers have been constructed and hope it will be done by December 2026 or March 2027.

Bengaluru - Mysore expressway is kinda bad in terms of quality etc compared to other expressways in north.....still many things need to be done but compared to existing highway this expressway is a great improvement...❤❤so by 2030 atleast most expressways will be completed according to this video

the main problem with Indian Road constructions are the expansion joints which are disgracefully levelled

@@anubhavsingh6436 yup....the amount of curves present at the road and the uneveness between joints of viaducts and ramps,etc at speeds around 80kmph + is very uncomfortable and dangerous especially at night....no proper reflectors placed on some parts on the crash barriers, fencings,etc

U forget to add Bihar's first under-construction Expressway: Amas (Gaya)-Darbhanga expressway [230km]

Should've some expressways in North Eastern part, Dispur-Guwahati-Siliguri-Imphal-Agartala
