Psy luffy is fine as long as you bring shira/man to remove slot debuff or someone that can change the slot to tnd/rcv/wano. Incase you bring someone else to change the slot...just remember trigger the boss first using jinbe otherwise your slot change will revert to block slot.
A quick team setup: 1. Someone can remove Def up on the second stage 2. Someone can remove resilience on the second stage ( skip this if you use captain that has end of turn damage) 3. Luffy g5 as a captain (if you have) or as a friend captain... To use his ex special to bypass barriers and dmg reduction ( Need 3 strawhats as the crew members to activate this) 4. Str character on the rest of crew.. Any new legend are recommended.
0:53 how exactly does brook immediately get his special back? Does it have something to do with limit break? Because i dont have most of this crew limit broken other than jinbei and gear 5

Any character that boost damage. I used him to get tandem buff.

You need to max limit break him. It will unlock his potential ability ( double special) .
