I didn't realize until I happened to play one after the other, but the chopper pilot that got downed by the flying plagas in RE5 is actually is the same pilot that saved Chris in Revelations 1. Chris knew that guy for at least 4 years before he finally died. It's a good touch, Capcom was good about making us feel bad for faceless characters just like Hunk
There were casualties in re8 tho, but less than any other RE because they had the best artillery and tech, like that aircraft laser, i mean miranda was built differently, they didn’t face her head on like they did albert/haos, they had to do some prep work and sneak around and do some monitoring
