Consider that strange book actually might work best for for pure engineering builds. You increase the amount of items that will give you engineering benefit. You also double your odds of getting it on level up and if both engineering and elemental damage pop up you can pick the greater value of the two.
Great point! I think it's usually not going to be worth it compared to just rolling for more engineering since it's so expensive, but if you find it early it could definitely save you some rerolls. Something to keep an eye out for for sure!

These are awesome background content for when I'm working. 👍 Just a minor suggestion: imo, it would be more aesthetically pleasing if each tier list had its own blank canvas in the tier list maker. That way, you could visually glance at the item you're talking about if you happen to have missed the name. With the current format, the tier list starts off already overcrowded. (I realize these tier lists are already done and set-in-stone for the most part, but I thought I'd mention it still)

I went back and forth on this a bit before settling on this format, because I thought it was really useful to be able to compare the items across tiers as well as within the video. It's definitely more cluttered, but I think I prefer the more information-dense version. I'm glad you liked them regardless though!
Perfect timing, I just got back into the game since the Switch release. You should make a video going through the Vanilla (non-mod) characters and what starting weapon pairs best with them for Danger 5.
Trophy I think is the placement I'm least sure about here, I could easily be persuaded to move it. It was painful to put *any* economy item outside S tier :P

You said you haven't tried tentacle, which I also value much higher. I think you may be missing the value crit can have when you have a critical mass of payoffs that make it more worth building in the first place.
As a noob, I was SOOOO confuse what icons you are looking at since the table is already populated and you are skipping some "new" items at the bottom. but otherwise, it's useful, if I know at a glance what item you are talking about.
I don't get how is adrenaline C tier when Gambling Token is A. You've said that it's expensive way of buying dodge but they are same base price which is 60. And Gambling Token is giving you only +3% dodge more but takes -1 armor. Adrenaline on the other hand is pretty nice extra healing and it's unique so it reduces the pool of tier 3 item. If the argument is that you see Adrenaline later in the game my argument is that it's either must buy or must pass either because dodge is multiplicatively scaling and you either know if you invested in dodge or not. Am I missing something? Btw. I love the video just started playing brotato and I am enjoying your content. Please don't take my comment offensive. English is not my main language and im stoned af.

Id say wisdom is atleast A teir becuse the damage over time is very good with charectares like machochist and makes everything die

Trophy in precise builds gives me around 1k-1.5k on average by round 20 but I also value glasses as S tier because its 10 More dmg multiplier.
