Hi Amie! I also have the monica vinader single diamond bracelet. I noticed when I wear it though, the stone tends to want to flip towards the inside of my wrist or that it moves to the other side of my wrist. Do you find you have to fidget with the bracelet a lot get it to the right position? Thanks so much for all your videos btw!! ☺️

Ahh I'm sorry, I don't know! I get them done at a nail salon since Leo (too much washing up means I need gel manicures now haha) and they just do whatever neutral colour they think I'll like - I'm extremely boring when it comes to nail colours! 🙈

So many beautiful pieces Amie. Do you get the gold chain/jewellery rather than rose gold from Idyl? How does the gold compare to the colour on other brands?
I went for the gold - it's a paler yellow than a lot of other golds out there but I love it. More like a champagne gold than a super yellow gold - very wearable and flattering IMO ❤️
I am not sure i understand why people change their engagement ring, I believed it was a gift from a husband to ask for your hand in marriage, is changing it a few years later actually a thing ?
Ring upgrades are absolutely a thing. There are some couples that pick out a ring knowing they will upgrade it in 5 years or so.
Many people do and many people don't. It's done for a plethora of reasons. Sometimes when starting out, money is tight so the desired ring is not within the budget, so some couples opt for an upgrade. Some choose to upgrade after a certain amount of years and some upgrade because they feel like it.
I feel that if both partners are in agreement with an upgrade, there's absolutely nothing wrong with it.
I’ve had 3 different engagement rings just upgraded over the years and just keep the original ones as keep sakes , I know lots of ladies that do it !

I agree! My engagement ring is quite small and my husband has asked if I’d like a new bigger one - our financial situation has changed dramatically in our 14 years of marriage. I told him no, it has to much sentimental value.
Ohh I have a few of the Monica Vinader pieces albeit in silver as I don’t like gold on myself 😊. Love the diamond solitaire necklace. Soo classic. My mum has two diamonds for my sister and I to make into necklace settings. X
Oh that's such a lovely idea! My grandma did a similar thing for my mum - she got her diamond made into a ring and it's so special and lovely (particularly because my mum designed it herself so she absolutely loves it!) xx

No other reason other than I wanted to! :) I did the switch earlier in the year for our 5 year wedding anniversary/ 10 years together though. And nope, I kept my old ring so I'm just storing it somewhere safe. No plans for it atm but I thought there's a chance that Leo might want it one day :)

Every time I watch, I feel like someone gets me - permission to be a girl just for the joy of it. I think it would be fun to see behind the scenes of your process of making a video. All Monica Vinader jewerly I ever bought oxidized and I dont live in a particular humid climate. All kept in an original packaging with anti-oxidizing paper inside.
In addition, I have received already oxidized Vinader jewelry.
woah no way?! I've never had any quality issues with their pieces. I hope you returned/ exchanged? I know they have a 5 year warranty on their jewellery but I've never tested it out

I was shocked how good the service is. I had a skinny diamond bar bracelet that had bent a little and went in to store near the Kings Road to ask about a repair, they quite literally undid it and put a brand new one on my arm and sent me on my way! No charge, no questions!
Same for me! Both MV and Missoma tarnish... i had a couple items which i never wore and they tarnished even so!!

That’s a great idea. I design jewellery as a hobby and repurposing stones like that is always lovely because they have sentimental value
