the chilling I used in the video is skilled into his 2nd. I've actually regretted it for a long time, and got around to making a second one just to have it unskilled, and like it better unskilled!
Chilling is in there because of his passive so you would want him to use his S1 more than his S2 to strip the boss immunity buff. But with lesser cooldown on S2, he is buffin more than he is attking. Like Mingoo, I even considering training another chilling (if i manage to find another one) to replace my current one
Great vid. I am trying to recreate ur team. But my hwa speed is only 172 speed:/ Galleon is around 150ish, cause I am running tiana And your 200 speed vio rev verd really put mine to shame. Do u think it is possible to run your team at a lower requirement? If so, what do you think is the "minimum" requirement for that team? Maybe more us can take a page from your book.
you can run a slower, atk/cd/atk hwa build. tarq can also be on atk/cd/atk, or even swift build spd/cd/atk if you don't have enough violent runes for everyone. imo Galleon and Verde should both be very fast, if you cannot get their speed to 180+ at least I wouldn't recommend this type of team. I've farmed with the standard verde/bella/vero/sigma/megan team for a long while before putting this together. hope this helps!

My Hwa is a slow hwa with att / Critrate / att
Would the speed order Galleon , tarq , verde, hwa, chilling work instead?

yes she can :) make her hit as hard as possible. you still want to give her speed subs here and there
yes you can! in that case you can even replace chilling, and go for another damage dealer! make sure lisa has 55% acc for reliable buff removal
I wouldn't say so. To pull that off you would need enough firepower to kill the boss before immunity goes up. that's very hard to do CONSISTENTLY!
