One thing this pandemic has certainly made clear to me, is that people have a fundamentally different understanding of freedom.

The mayor of the city I work for mandated vaccines for all city employees or face discipline and termination. This came out via memorandum from HR. It went to court and a judge said the mayor lacked the legal authority to mandate the vaccine, to immediately end any vacation requirements, any disciplinary matters ongoing will immediately end, and any employees that were fired will be reinstated. It's been six months since the judgment and a memorandum officially ending the mandate from the mayor still hasn't come out. They will not officially acknowledge the "L" but all the email threats went away like it never happened.

I saw what happened to my neighbor after taking the poke, no thank you. In less than a week, he was unresponsive in his bed, and he was put on a ventilator for 8 to 9 months, only to become a shadow of his former self. He went from being one of the strongest men I know to an 80-pound twig, barely enough strength to lift his arm. Once my neighbor woke up in the hospital, the nurses freaked out when he finally woke up and was taken off the ventilator, they immediately demanded their bosses to make an ultimatum, for my neighbor to take the booster and continue the regiment to become fully vaxxed or be released from the hospital and to try and manage on his own without their help. My neighbor wanted to live, he thought his best shot was to be close to the 'experts' and having aid from the medical industry.
The nurses fear of entering his room because he was not fully vaxxed caused the doctors to have to make this demand of him, and my neighbor wanted to live so he did comply. Shortly after taking the booster, he had brain inflammation, soon it became a severe problem and inflammation in his internals of his eyes caused him to be unable to see, it was terrifying. They went in through his groin to drain his cranium to relieve pressure, ended up putting a stint in his head, and after a while that stint became infected which has caused him to have to go in yet again. He wishes he never complied; he is happy to be alive, but he was also fine without this devastating his family. My neighbor had the coof a couple months before taking the poke too, and it wasn't much more than a flu to him. But when he took the poke, it ruined him quickly. The doctors claimed he must have had the coof again when he took the poke, but the coincidence of him having the coof again when he took the booster is like winning the power ball.
The past two years for my neighbors have been hell, and he is not the only person I know that has suffered because of compliance. Yes, the excuse is having the coof when taking the poke, since there is no viable way of checking it's a scapegoat to continue this madness. I spoke with my doctor about my neighbor, he frantically lists reasons as to why this happened without knowing the full story, like talking points readied for those who have been hurt by compliance. Hell, my sister was fully on board, and now she has heart palpitations and feels weak after getting fully vaxxed and it flares up when she does anything to strenuous, which really doesn't take much sadly. Another friend has some vascular problem, I'm not sure what and have not asked further, I do not see how this is not investigated at this point from where I'm sitting!!

My neighbor was super healthy, he was a residential painter in great shape, walked his dogs at least twice a day and 3 times on the weekend days. He got the jab and started having heart problems. The doctor told him it was anxiety (from all the stress during covid). He fully believes it. Even though he cant do anything anymore. He hasnt worked since. You see him trying to shovel snow in his driveway, stopping to rest every few minutes. But yeah no; nothing to do with the jab.
