So, a few days ago, a train derailment happened in my hometown of East Palestine Ohio, involving a chemical release of a black cloud over the town. It sounds identical to this movie, for those that don't believe me look up east Palestine Ohio derailment February 2023

It’s called not regulating or maintaining your infrastructure/rolling stock and God having a sense of humor. This isn’t the first chemical spill in the last decade bud. This is what happens when you deregulate an industry and let them use an outdated braking system on hazardous material cars. Enjoy all the future chemical spills from poorly maintained track and rolling stock.
Ah yes the upcoming cult classic "Empty store shelves" personally I think it was a bit of a mad max rip off but the acting will be fantastic. Really sold the "oh shit this is real" element. 7.5/10 the best last movie anyone ever sees.
Salem here. It happened behind my cousin’s house. My pops lives .09 miles from where it all happened. 90 million a day it cost the RR. My pops was given a tiny monetary proposal already calling it an “inconvenience reimbursement.” Your DL and or BC along with SSC is needed in order to receive this monetary claim. Sounds like something called settlement. I advised my pops not to do it for it may cancel any other settlement in the future. Definitely some sketchy stuff going on in Columbiana County. Also, some of this was filmed in Salem/Perry Twp. The photos I have definitely makes you wonder with a sick feeling. It is just all kinda questionable in my opinion.

I'm glad that Greta Gerwig is back doing acting. I'm glad that she got enough recognition for her writing and directing talent but as for acting, she's very underrated. Maggie's Plan, Frances Ha and Mistress America are some of her best acting work so to see her act again in this should be amazing

This movie is not what you would expect it to be, no matter whether you base your expectations on this trailer, the first chapter of the movie, or even the second chapter ... and you probably won't quite know what this movie was when the end credits roll. *It is wonderful.*
It's very well done. I like that the way they deliver their lines make it seem like a stage play. Casting is perfect. Cheadle gives the best performance but they all do very well.

They always tell you in advance before they do it like the train derailment in Ohio. Those in the Conspiracy world know this. I know many people who are so good at finding the clues they leave that they can predict what and where something is to happen next.

The trailer is lowkey misleading because as a whole this movie can’t be condensed into one thing. Which makes it more understandable why a lot of people who went into the movie for funny Adam Driver movie left confused and/or disappointed. This film is based on a book that's been floating around Hollywood for a while now. I think 30 or 40 years? Everyone always wanted to make it but no one knew how....and honestly, I could see why after I watched it. There's three acts, and although there's no lack of intriguing themes, it derails from narrative to narrative to narrative way too many times for it to feel like a coherent or cohesive concept of a film. Artfully produced with great actors, but ultimately a project that should have remained housed in the pages of a novel- a phrase I lament writing because the passion and the ambition shines throughout.
Imo this has more to do with ‘Revelation of the method’ than it is does ‘predictive programming’ although both still apply. If anyone is unfamiliar with revelation of the method, this is how the elite avoid karmic retribution. They have to tell us what they’re going to do ahead of time, because our silence equals consent. This causes the masses to unwittingly give spiritual consent to whatever they have planned for us. That way those responsible for these evil events can avoid any consequences for their actions according to cosmic law. For example, if someone says “I’m going to m u r d e r you” and you just laugh thinking they’re being sarcastic. Your silence to the plan that they’ve revealed to you technically, in the spirit world, means you’ve given your consent. So if they choose to carry out this plan on you, they cannot be punished spiritually since you’ve consented to it. That’s the way it was explained to me, please look into it further as we see time and time again how we’ve been told things that end up actually occurring. Event 2 0 1 is a prime example. When people say this is spiritual warfare, they aren’t kidding. Don’t let this get you down, God wins. It’s not too late join His team ❤
I read the book in the 80s or so and enjoyed it, it’s the most accessible and funny of Delillo’s very sophisticated fiction. I think the movie did it justice. It’s funny and quirky and has its own comments on commercialism. Watch right through the ending credits, it really caps the film.

Actually thousands of trains derail every year. We're only noticing them now because the one in Ohio was catastrophic. The other ones could be related, or they could be coincidence. Just saying.
This movie made me a huge Adam Driver fan. I've seen him in other things before, aside from girls, and although he wasn't the main character, you could see he had main character chops. This movie brought that out and showed how versatile an actor he really is. I thought he was going to end up cast typed in only certain kinds of genres, but the last few yrs he's branched out and it absolutely worked. Great movie and excellent acting from everyone. Def worth the watch.

i cant remember the last time i even noticed let alone was blown away by the cinematography just in the trailer alone! And that quick shot of the customer getting a splat of blood from the butchers counter was just uncanny enough to be unnerving!

It's very well done. I like that the way they deliver their lines make it seem like a stage play. Casting is perfect. Cheadle gives the best performance but they all do very well.

Call me uncultured, but for some reason I *really* struggle with Don DeLillo's work, even if I recognise that it's excellent. That being said, I'm already excited for this film - it looks like Baumbach is bringing new life to the story that possibly went completely over my head in the book.

The trailer is lowkey misleading because as a whole this movie can’t be condensed into one thing. Which makes it more understandable why a lot of people who went into the movie for funny Adam Driver movie left confused and/or disappointed. Me personally I enjoyed the movie because I went in blind and I’m a sucker for movies that are bizarre.
So this is one of my favourite books of all time so I have high expectations but it looks great

This film is based on a book that's been floating around Hollywood for a while now. I think 30 or 40 years? Everyone always wanted to make it but no one knew how....and honestly, I could see why after I watched it. There's three acts, and although there's no lack of intriguing themes, it derails from narrative to narrative to narrative way too many times for it to feel like a coherent or cohesive concept of a film. Artfully produced with great actors, but ultimately a project that should have remained housed in the pages of a novel- a phrase I lament writing because the passion and the ambition shines throughout.

Imo this has more to do with ‘Revelation of the method’ than it is does ‘predictive programming’ although both still apply. If anyone is unfamiliar with revelation of the method, this is how the elite avoid karmic retribution. They have to tell us what they’re going to do ahead of time, because our silence equals consent. This causes the masses to unwittingly give spiritual consent to whatever they have planned for us. That way those responsible for these evil events can avoid any consequences for their actions according to cosmic law. For example, if someone says “I’m going to m u r d e r you” and you just laugh thinking they’re being sarcastic. Your silence to the plan that they’ve revealed to you technically, in the spirit world, means you’ve given your consent. So if they choose to carry out this plan on you, they cannot be punished spiritually since you’ve consented to it. That’s the way it was explained to me, please look into it further as we see time and time again how we’ve been told things that end up actually occurring. Event 2 0 1 is a prime example. When people say this is spiritual warfare, they aren’t kidding. Don’t let this get you down, God wins. It’s not too late join His team ❤

I read the book in the 80s or so and enjoyed it, it’s the most accessible and funny of Delillo’s very sophisticated fiction. I think the movie did it justice. It’s funny and quirky and has its own comments on commercialism. Watch right through the ending credits, it really caps the film.

This movie made me a huge Adam Driver fan. I've seen him in other things before, aside from girls, and although he wasn't the main character, you could see he had main character chops. This movie brought that out and showed how versatile an actor he really is. I thought he was going to end up cast typed in only certain kinds of genres, but the last few yrs he's branched out and it absolutely worked. Great movie and excellent acting from everyone. Def worth the watch.
