Wanna Rock is probably my favorite simply due to the flow, but it's also got some cool lore. During an IG live, MUST DIE! mentioned that the vocal sample is from Joey Valance (look up "No Hands" by Joey Valance & Brae, banger album) and that the midsection is not specifically jersey club, but ballroom, which is a type of music originating from the queer community and is synonymous with voguing. That metallic crash is when the dancers hit poses n' stuff. Pretty neat.

First: you definitely hit on something with producers known for dubstep and making absolutely NASTY hard dance kicks/tracks. I've listened to a handful of pure hard dance playlists every now and again but in my personal opinion, there's not a lot of hard dance producers that do kicks the same way. I know I'm missing something, maybe it's the playlists I'm listening to, but I can't put my finger on it lol.
Second: MUST DIE! does a lot of screechy sounding stuff but in this album I think he managed to find some sort of mixing or eq technique that made the screeches not painful and actually kind of nice to listen to. He's working some magic there for sure. I just remember "DALLAS" from the crimson EP had a really nice flow but it hurt to listen to haha

I used to hate high pitch kicks but for whatever reason just got used to and even enjoy them sometimes.

@@collinqs2541 It’s mostly an issue of tolerance. I have really sensitive hearing, so shit like GPF just pisses me off.
