Turntable.
I remembered 'Don't Quit' the immortal words of Million Dollar Bogan and decided not to let the useless motorcycle turntable/dolly get the better of me without a fight. I thought I'd try to adapt it and make it fit for purpose. I remembered something that has been in my workshop gathering dust for years. Could it be the answer to the problem? Let's find out.
Apologies for a few swear words but it was seven hours hard work and it could all be for nothing.
I have a saying: Nothing is a waste of time if you have enjoyed the wasting of it.
More homemade contraptions on this channel than an episode of Wallace & Gromit 🤣

Good to see how the precise location of the hole in the concrete allowed the exhaust to scrape past the wall panel. Do that a few times, make a few grooves and it'll be all good. If there was any music that should be played with this video clip it would be Bernard Cribbins' "Right Said Fred" (and change the lyrics to include the Road King Orca and other relevant items in the shed).

John, just a thought, but I'm sure your invention would have worked much better if you had skimmed (trowel Finnish) the floor when you laid it, but you could still skimmed it over with Floor levelling compound 😉👍🏻

I sort of appreciate that an imminent move somewhere else is off the cards right now..... but suffice it to say that, (only a suggestion mind) you might be better off not moving to a redundant lighthouse.Your statement about being a modest genius almost seems near to the nomenclature 'Jodrell Bank', (There are at least two letters that share the similarity).... hence height creeps in to the equation somehow, hence lighthouse springs to mind..... not that I have much of a mind left these days.....so, to cut a long story short. Do not attempt to house your motorcycle anywhere near the top of a lighthouse... Just saying is all....!!!!!! There was a chap years back who housed his horse stables at the top of a tower somewhere in Malta so I hear...!!!!
