@@marcus8030 He’s defending his footballing ability and that he can show his magic on the pitch. What he’s taking issue with is Sky, Brentford and all the others in the media treating him as a hero for his misdemeanours and treating his return as the second coming of Jesus Christ.
We've had most of our starting 11 injured all season and were only 3 points of bottom three before that match. Of course we celebrate him coming back. He's our best player.

Well said Simon, all this brown-nosing is ridiculous. He brought the game into disrepute 232 times. Once you could understand: everyone makes mistakes. But 232? He didn’t do that by accident. He knew what he was doing and he got the punishment. This was also the reason why GS didn’t include him in the World Cup squad, which was the right decision. Great footballer, yes, but you can’t include someone with this hanging over them. Their mind wouldn’t be focused on the job in hand.
