    ASMR Roasted Quail -are full of flavor and spice, simply delicious. If you’ve never had quail before, then this recipe is a must.
    Quail meat & eggs is rich in proteins. It’s a very tasty meat and, while it has more flavour than chicken.
    The common quail is also part of French cooking, Polish cuisine, Maltese cuisine, Portuguese cuisine, Italian cuisine, Mexican cuisine, and Indian cuisine.
    Prep Time : 3-4 hour
    Cook time : 30-45 minutes

    INGREDIENTS:
    Marination Ingredients:
     Curd - 3-4 tbspoon
     Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbspoon
     Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon ( as per taste)
     Turmeric - 1 Tbspoon
     Salt to taste Red orange food colour - 1 teaspoon
     Rose water- 2 tspoon
     Saffron
    Roast spices
    Whole coriander seeds - 2 tbspoon
    Cumin seed - 1 tbspoon
    Black pepper - 1 tbspoon
    Cinnom stick - 1 (1.5 inch long)
    Cardamom - 4 pieces
    Cloves - 4
    Fried onion
    The first step roasted spices paste
     Take oil in a pan
     Add chopped onion and fry until red.
     In a dry pan roast spice :Whole coriander seeds, Cumin seed, Black pepper, Cinnom stick , Cardamom , Cloves
     Grind the fried onion and spices in mixer. Make a paste of the spices.
    The second step Mari nation
    • Wash and clean the Quail ( Batair - Teetar ) well.
    • Pat it dry with a kitchen towel to avoid the extra moisture.
    • Using a knife pierce chicken breasts and other parts a number of times. Using fork prick holes in the meat
    • In a bowl take 2 tsp rosewater.
    • Add saffron and mix well.
    • Rub evenly to well coat saffron water on the meat.
    • In an earthen pot keep the meat ,add the lemon juice, curd , ginger garlic paste, salt & chilly powder (as per taste) and add the prepared spices paste.
    • Cover it with a cling wrap and marinate for 3 -4 hours in a fridge.
    The third step”
    • Cook the marinated quails in an air fryer for 15 minutes in order to tender and soften the meat.
    • Turn the side in between for even cooking.
    • Heat the oil in a pan and put the quail into it.
    • Deep-fry over a medium flame, till the raw smell goes off.
