- Take a few minutes to make some mixed media magic! Grab your Art Crayons, stamps, gesso and stencils and create a beautiful masked floral background! This is a great artful exercise!

Wow - at first I was like - Noooo - don't cover up that wonderful background but then I realized and saw the beautiful flowers standing out after the gesso and then a different textured background added on top. So cool!!

Lovely work, great to see you using masking...love the first background used for the flowers, such a pretty combination of colours.
Thanks Vicki. Initially I thought this had been done in two goes. I thought the flowers had been cu out of the red and yellow background and glued on to the stencilled background. I like that it was all done in one piece.
