I went back to Vallejo after being gone since 2020, and it has changed a lot in that time. I couldn't wait to leave.
Absolutely horrible schools.
You absolutely get what you pay for. Cheap areas has it's downsides.
It lacks the perks of other isolated small suburban communities of the Bay. Yes it may as well be “mini-Oakland.”
I was at the Starbucks right off of 80 when I seen a homeless dude pull his pants down about 10 feet from me and take a crap next to his tent. Vallejo is gross just like the rest of the Bay.
@@SamSolasdonSaol just ask London Breed she’s seen the bums crapping in the streets too
😂😂😂. Nobody wants to live in Vallejo. It’s not safe
Marin has always been high so the negative doesn’t make a dent 😅
Vallejo suxs balls 🏀
Prices go down when CRIME GOES UP! Tell the WHOLE story! We aint stupid.
Crazy.
that place stinks.
Hello everyone I got house in solano in October 2019 2.7 interest will the house value go up ?
Work From Home is so 2022, a fad. All companies require 5 days a week and you would be lucky to get a job with a pay cut in this market. I cant imagine having to drive alllllllll the way from Vallejo and back after a tough 9-6+/7. $699,000 is still overpriced. Sorry
Rojas feds are not dropping rates this year buddy. Stir your client with better home pricing. Our it’s going to sit. Take that haircut.
Seriously don't you have to drive 15 min to get to a grocery store?
✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿
That’s because it’s located in valley joe aka the “get toe”
Homebuyers are scared, because great was the fall of it👀👀👀
Yea we just had a huge sideshow here last night .. gunfire, fireworks (tnt😵💫)...lovely community 😏
Let's settle this, is it pronounced real-tor, or real-i-tor?
Commuter town. Lack of trust in police force, and city management. Low scores in school + student assessments. Homeless encampments bountiful. City streets lack new pavement and paint - potholes everywhere. I am from Vallejo.
