If you want to spend years and huge sum of public money like what you have done, you should justify for more than an adjunctive therapy or at least as a prophylactic. But after years of pouring in all the public money it is still carrying the "No Approved Therapeutic" label. Now even the hospitals are avoiding VCO, and none of the doctors are advocating VCO?
