@@17antoniobburgess It’s kinda hard because it varies based on opponent. I’ll try and make a video explaining this but I’d say establishing a pattern. Like start off with 2 punch combos. Maybe a jab jab. Or straight+body hook. Get a read on how your opponent reacts to your strikes before you start throwing heavier combos that are not gonna land clean cause it the long term it will gas you if you just throwing to break someone’s block every time you strike.
