The squirrels are ground squirrels, not the tree squirrels most of us are used to seeing. They live in colonies underground, and have really taken over Palisades Park. If you go to the cliff's edge and look over the railing, you can see some of the holes where they access their dens.
Great vlogging of parts of L.A. Funny, I was just in Maxfield four days ago. It's changed quite a bit. I started going there in the 1980s. It's been around since 1969, but in its current location since 1985 owned by Tommy Perse. I also go to his son's store, James Perse, as his clothing line fits this lifestyle. James is a native Angeleno. While on Melrose Ave, I was headed to some other clothing boutiques, but decided to also drop into Maxfield. It's much different these days and I found it now to feel a bit claustrophobic. It's good that you got some good weather as all of February and into early March are temperamental weather months. But, four days ago on Saturday, the day before The Oscars, my inside car thermometer was reading 74 degrees. The weather was picture perfect with bright sunshine while I was shopping on Melrose. Tons of people were out and the outdoor/open air-style restaurants/cafes were packed. Greetings from Los Angeles
Socal native here! Hope you enjoyed our moody skies lol. Not a huge fan of LA personally but I do love a Palisades moment. Their street markets are always neat to parade through (especially for the pastries). Much love! ❤
Local Angeleno here, thanks for among my city look nice even though I feel everyone there and the city itself is certainly going through a tough phase.
Absolutely love your new transparent Jaques shades. Apologies, if you have linked this already but I cannot see it anywhere. Pls could you kindly link the beautiful shades? I cannot find them to shop. Thank youuuu x
