#replay ❤ Is anything being changed with the adjustment of status process? Will the green card process pause? My husband came on K1 and is here in the adjustment of status, we sent in an RFE for vaccines. Just hoping nothing changes 😢 we met 15 years ago and stayed friends for years😊

Just like to know if the new Trump government has affected the K-1 visa process?
Our partition has approved last summer and I had gone to the interview, but we had to postpone collecting the visa due to an unfortunate car accident resulted a spine surgery instead. I was contacted by an officer to pick up my passport first and to proceed with my surgery, then retake the medical exam to continue with the visa process. (We were told that it would still be valid within a year after the petition is approved.)
We met about 20 years ago, together briefly and stayed connected throughout the years, and got back together during pandemic. :)
