I think this is by far one of the best remixes I have ever listened that's made for this song. The other remixes in this album were already good but Nhato's remix was on a whole new level. I quite enjoyed this album. I mean c'mon regardless of how many times you listen this song, no matter how much you loop it, it doesn't change the fact that this is one of these songs that never gets old. And lastly it's been 10 years since this song released and this album was perfect way to celebrate it.

Funnily enough, this is first Bad Apple remix I've heard that sounds different from the original and sounds good (according to my tastes of course) but then again Nhato was involved so I expected something good.

Although musically the song is absolutely beautiful, it's also quite sad if you read the lyrics. It's basically an existential crisis written out in a song. Which unfortunately is the reality for so many people. So, I suppose as an art piece, it accomplished its purpose? I just hope it then points people in the right direction, but that's the whole point of an existential crisis, "what IS the right direction?"

My interpretation of the song is someone living a lie and feels trapped and sees escaping into "white" pointless because she'd lose the things she cared for if she told the truth. Whether she's crying in the wind or night, etc. Both white and black are the same since neither choice makes things better, and her lie is causing her depression but the alternative option would leave her lonely.

Yea, took me a while to realize that in Japanese, the words for "white" and "black" can also mean "innocent" and "guilty". It's not a connotation that people would want to make especially in American English. But the song makes sense to me now, if you think of white as living the staight, narrow boring life, and black as the sinful renegade life.

I really, really like this one. It sounds like the vocals and music were made togheter intentionally and they're complementing each other beautifully. I like the part in the middle because it feels like the songs is progressing, rather than starting a new, completely different song.
