I think Shining Nikki's terminology would make more sense for this. So that 5 star dress from the frog deep echoes is the equivalent of an Ultra Rare (UR) piece in SN, precisely because you will not be able to get it anywhere else in the game except that frog deep echoes. You'll not see it again too unless they bring it back with a rerun. So, it's a 5* (or UR) despite it looking a little too plain simple because it's rare to get 😂 If that make sense!
In this game the star rating is really the rarity 😂 like Dish said one of my most fav also a 3 star piece, most use as well but the 4 to 5 star is more rare and 3 star and lower is more common, ofc the higher the rating it also mean the most effect it has but yk
