Thank you for asking.💖 I am doing well. My back pain is gone. Now I challenge myself with the chloe ting challenge because I would like to lift a little bit my body. This girl is such a good trainer but her exercises are OMG. After 15 min I had to lay down for an hour :-)) How are you doing?

@@taestykookie9 later update: I am gonna make on Friday because I have yo soak the gym chalk in coloured water and then crumble in colored water and my hands will get colored. And because I have a meeting which I forgot about I don't want my hands to be coloured 😁
