I've been goofing around with her in my Nilou team. She doesn't add much but she's cute and it's funny to drive around causing explosions. They see me rollin'...they 'splodin'...
the enemies are haters, gotta eliminate the haters with bloom cores 🔥 (or i suppose 💧 in this case) she does have protection which is really good in self-damaging teams, such as nilou bloom! so actually she ain’t too bad there :) decent unit, happy that she was free
Same. Probably not the best Nelou team, but the shield always seems to last until it’s time for the next rotation. Nahida seems to get squished if I try to on field her.
Funnily enough this is her actual best use case and it's a shame that Juice didn't mention it. It isn't the hold e and run around variant unfortunately, but she provides near the same Dendro app as Collei while more comfortably holding instructors and a shield just by pressing e, then q, then e again using sac sword. For the record while you will more often see him playing Collei due to the fact he likes speed running, jamie (kb9v) who is the preeminent Nilou player among theory crafters calls the Kirara kokomi variant the best, since it's a small step down from collei in dps but a large step up in survivability.
She's a permanent fixture in my Keqing team. Also I didn't skip the Kirara Charlotte event. At least that's what I remember her first appearance was with her being unable to lie (down) due to her tails.
I feel like she'd be really amazing in kinich's burning teams as well; interrupt res would make serpent spine on him way more reliable and her tanky shield will help against self pyro dmg; she can hold 4pc deepwood and proc it reliably w c4; and some additional buffing w her c6
I don't know much about kinich teams but I guess the main problem here is that you'd really want Emilie for the burning dmg she offers and then xiangling has to be the pyro off field, which in turn means that bennet becomes BiS to snapshot atk buff onto xiangling + buff your on-field Kinich. Unless someone skipped Emilie and wants to go for Kinich regardless I don't see a place for Kirara in that team and even then Nahida would probably be better since bennet already offers sustain
@@LuxminosityBoy that’s fair but all emilie does is dmg and as it stands there’s not really that huge of dps checks in the abyss. she doesn’t really provide any offensive support to kinich. also i think kinich might not be as tied to bennett since he moves a lot and might step out of benney’s ring often. xl is definitely an issue as we don’t have many good pyro off field chars. sure i can use dehya or thoma but with them and kirara we’d be relying solely on kinich to do most of teams dmg
Three things - I've play Kirara in Yaeggravate for as long as she's existed, and while I could clear at c0, c4 makes a huge difference, so glad the free one got me there. Cute cat girl > cabbage toddler 100% Second - Clorinde overload teams *are* actually good? So many people said she was dendro locked that I unfortunately skipped her. Lastly, that TCG event had the absolute cutest Kazuha/Hu Tao interactions and I'm still mad he didn't show up to her poetry event
The hyperbox team is current my main team except Kirara is built as a Zhongli replacement so I can just use everyone’s skills, then sit back and watch the destruction. Making her a nuclear bomb is now my weekend project lol
Honestly, she is far and away my favorite choice for Clorinde. Paired with Fishl and Furina, Clorindes self heal is enough to support team health and Kirara's C4 gives enough dendro. With Key and c6 her buff is on the same level as a C0 Nahida while also being way comfier in multi wave.
I use her as the shielder on my Dendro focused reaction Teams. With a 2 VG / 2 ToM build. With the Key equipped, she's right at 60k HP, has a huge shield, and provides a ton of EM.
Honestly i play both Yae and Clorinde, Yae with Nahida Furina and Baizhu and Clorinde with Fischl Sucrose and Kirara! Such a shame that I don't have her C4 tho
Kirara was the girl who taught me never to go for 4 star cons. It just took me losing my 50/50 and getting C1 Yoimiya all that and I got C0 Kirara after 180 wishes. I still love Kirara so please put her on a banner where I can also get the 5 star I want. I really can't figure out where to put her so she's either is on my Double Vape Hu Tao team as replace for Zhongli or on Clorinde/Keqing aggravate teams just for comfort.
I love her in Nilou boxbloom too + as 2nd dendro in ayato hyperbloom 🥺 (with C4 helps with Nahida marks going dead/not applying dendro for long enough/multiwave etc). She's great if you want your Baizhu on the other team while you use her with Nahida (aggrevate with Baizhu support on one side and nilou bloom on the other for example. I may have too many dendro teams but I'm not complaining. She's super nice to have when you're stupid like me and play triple dendro with Tighnari, and you need some dendro for 2nd side while you have Nahida and Baizhu gone with the fox boy).
naw you missed one team. Kiwawa in 1000EM paradise set running box-cat in a nilou team. It's hilarious and keeps nahida's applicaton proccing quite well. Yes you lose the shield immediately but she keeps applying dendro in box form anyway.
Kiwawa hyperbox actually the one team that clear my first floor 12. Sadly i don't have Nahida and 5 star DPS sword at that time so i only get 33 stars. Now she have home in my 2 main team : 1. Florida : Fischl, Clorinde, Nahida and Kirara 2. Shark in Box 📦 : Mualani, Oppa, Nahida and Kirara. She still glued to Dendro archon 😅😅.
Offield Dendro application Decently strong shield Dendro Teamwide buff at C6 (and potential buff with weapon and artefacts) ... I could think of a lot of units that are worse. Her skin is one of the best imo and she feels amaizing with Clorinde since she can heal herself.
She suffered from Nahida existing, just like every other Dendro character. Most of them are surprisingly good (except poor Kaveh), but non-Nahida characters were almost never BiS until Furina elevated Baizhu. And now Emilie in some cases I guess.

Kinda funny this came out today, cause I just finished working on my new Kirara build (level aside). She's (currently) Level 55, C1, with at least a Level 4 Skill (forget the normal and the burst), with a four-piece Pale Flame, a Tenacity Goblet, and using the Sword of Narzissenkreuz at R3. (It mainly came from the sword. I was desperate for something for her)
So I got keqing in 4.2 ( my first 5 star) I chose keqing is 5 star selector and I got keqing yesterday by winning my 50/50 on mualani banner so I have her c2 now and I am so happy 😊
Good thing I was almost finish in leveling up Dendro Car (C3) to 80 and her skills along with Dehya (next character to level up and artifact farming) for IT. I need more Dendro characters because I don't have Nahida (avoiding me for 3 banners since her released), Alhaitham or even Emilie.
I use her as 2nd dendro in hyperbloom team and I love her, her shield is insane, her dendro app is kinda good, her ult nukes if invested and she can use sapwood that buffs a lot the electro hyper bloom trigger (for me is raiden)
Kirara is amazing in Nilou Bloom and super fun. I got Nilou C0, Nahida C2, Kirara C4, EM DPS Barbara C4. I would swap Barbara for Kokomi if I had her. Between sheild and heals, you are super safe to bloom through content.

I use Kirara as a driver in Nilou team, her build is also the same as nilou's, 2pcx2pc HP% (HP/HP/HP) + Both use the Key. Barbara with full EM and Nahida normal build. The EM gain from both Key's is a lot.
Tbh, the only team where she actually works is aggrevate keqing, with c4 being a good upgrade but can still work if you manage to use burst and shield all the time which in quickswap team with keqing you will. Otherwise mualani for example HAS FAR better option,in the gameplay you provided the burning is almost non existant, so no she doesnt have a use case with mualani. Sucrose for example with a thoma or a xiangling will be FAR better and her em sharing is also pretty awesome paired with that she reduces resistances.
C4 makes her starts being decent to great performance wise, the default outfit is still better than her event costume simply because of one thing, you can try guess what that is 😏
Here is why she is was worth building. Some times Nilou actually does appreciate the sheild as well as Koko's heals and i might wanna play Nahida on the otherside of abyss. Like when they throw the stupid boss that goes invisible unless you hit it with aggrative on one side and a big AOE chamber on second side. She is plenty fun otherwise in open world and in theater the more decent support characters you have built the better.
ya lack of characters has me using chlorinde, kirararara, fish/kinchina, furina, and well works for me. I like my Nekomata a lot, and anyone who says they don't like her are lying.
sunfire only works with bennett sadly, i think a more effective route would be xinyan to self-pyro infuse & then use kazuha to pyro burst swirl, or sucrose if you can manage. XL on high ER is preferable, if i were you i’d play burnvape since furina isn’t worth it with mualani unless you have cons due to vape stealing; but burnvape with XL’s high app can help

I was choosing a character to level up to level 70 so I could do the new theater level and even though I didn't need it, she was the one chosen just because she's the cutest. And since I hate Baizhu, if she does at least "well" on the teams he's on, he'll go to the bench.

Kirara is one of many "infrastructure" units - in lack of a better term. Those units are unnecessary but if you have them they are convenient and comfortable. Qiqi, Kirara, Layla, Lynette and probably quite some more.
My current exploration/domain team rn Kirara - Emilie - Kazuha - Diluc why? because I'm farming friendship points for Diluc, and its a pretty good team when I swap Diluc with Bennet, managed to clear floor 12 abyss with it
yeah, Kirara is a great character.... but she is over shadowed by so many characters :( if you are doing a Spiral run, she can work very well if you have Nahida and/or Baizhu on the other team though.... sorta like how you want Kazuha, but Succrose or Venti will work if he is busy
I totally forgot about the TCG event. I think. It was the one with Charlotte? I also skipped that one. The only event I ever skipped. I think I have almost 0 TCG achievements too except for the tutorial one and I have most of the achievements. Oh yeah. I find her mostly useful in Imaginarium Theater. The one exception being in very dangerous Abyss against aggressive enemies where Prototype Amber Nahida is not enough.
6:58 isn't Kachina good with Mualani also for her A4 passive? Considerable burst buff honestly, kind of a detail but I feel like it's an honorable mention.
@Juice-chan Oh I'm always busy working on something XD. The ones I mentioned are just the ones with priority before Kirara (assuming that Pyro MC isn't as good as DMC and I won't have to build Collei)
My kirara is tied to my Clorinde since I can run Zhongli on the other half. I refuse to learn enemy attack patterns or do more than mash buttons to get 36 stars 😂. The Kirara slander is for try hards tbh
im thinking of getting neuvillette and making a HyBloom team with nahida, kirara and raiden. kirara would have sapwood blade to give raiden more EM and deep wood to shred dendro res. but ig i could put deepwood on nahida and have kirara use instructor. which would be better?
@@JontsuI disagree. In this team Neuv will demand a lot of field time driving his Hydro, especially when he doesn't have off field presence. Nahida in this team shouldn't use her burst because it will be wasted. Her dendro application is high and it will eat Neuv's hydro. Building Raiden with full EM is better than building Nahida. Just get Nahida 4pc DW and move on to Raiden.
i wana ask, is it ok to build my c0 kirara for i.t mainly hp, hp, hp ?? I will never use kirara in abyss but since there is also I.t now and in that we gets random teams, specially when u know or need the ginny pig character where u know u only need 2/3 character ( in i.t ) I do lack dendro units that's why i am asking this
Can you build her with 2pc hp% relics for more comfy shielding in an aggravate team, or does that ruin the damage of aggravate teams? (Will the 2pc hp% relics even help her shielding much?)
2pc hp will net you around 45k hp which will make her stronger than Zhongli if you're facing Dendro attackers. Equipping 2pc hp will net you more shield strength but results in DPS loss. Sometimes I take the loss instead of being interrupted during my rotation
@@Juice-chan the boss that drops the Evergloom Rings doesn't drop dendro emerald mats so I have to kill extra bosses. I don't need the mats from the bosses that drop emerald mats so it's basically 80 resin vs 40. I know this isn't a new problem but last character I built was Furina and it was so nice not having to worry about that. I just wish the Baptist dropped emeralds.

She can also hold scroll in quicken teams to buff dmg%. With C6 she basically becomes a Natlan (lite) Character
true, but i prefer instructors since you can always use candace for NA% or kachina on cinder

She is my go tro character in aggravate cause no nahida. Also shield makes clorinde much easier to play.

sunfire only works with bennett sadly, i think a more effective route would be xinyan to self-pyro infuse & then use kazuha to pyro burst swirl, or sucrose if you can manage. XL on high ER is preferable, if i were you i’d play burnvape since furina isn’t worth it with mualani unless you have cons due to vape stealing; but burnvape with XL’s high app can help
@@Juice-chan the sad thing is that I only have Dendro MC built, Nahida skipped me 2 times, I think I can use Dehya, Kazuha and Xilonen once she comes but as of now I'll use Sunfire Jean with Bennett
I was choosing a character to level up to level 70 so I could do the new theater level and even though I didn't need it, she was the one chosen just because she's the cutest. And since I hate Baizhu, if she does at least "well" on the teams he's on, he'll go to the bench.
i've been wanting to finish building kirara since i got her for free (plus got her on banner for a c1) i lack emilie/nahida/zhongli so she's definitely got things to do lol (think i'd like to build her to work with both keqing aggravate as well as mualani/xiangling(i was thinking of pairing those 2 just from their personalities and vape potential, seems it;s kidna meta neways lol))
Catgirl team: Kirara + Diona + Lynette + Xilonen (no keqing and dehya dont count.. no cat tail)
Yokai team: Kirara + Yae Miko + Arataki Itto + Kujou Sara
Job team: Kirara + Chiori + Jean + Charlotte
Angry cat team: Kirara + Raiden + Mika + Freminet
the last team makes no sense, mika raiden & freminet are cats??

Kirara is one of many "infrastructure" units - in lack of a better term. Those units are unnecessary but if you have them they are convenient and comfortable.

why? because I'm farming friendship points for Diluc, and its a pretty good team when I swap Diluc with Bennet, managed to clear floor 12 abyss with it
yeah, Kirara is a great character.... but she is over shadowed by so many characters :(
if you are doing a Spiral run, she can work very well if you have Nahida and/or Baizhu on the other team though.... sorta like how you want Kazuha, but Succrose or Venti will work if he is busy
I totally forgot about the TCG event. I think. It was the one with Charlotte? I also skipped that one. The only event I ever skipped. I think I have almost 0 TCG achievements too except for the tutorial one and I have most of the achievements.
Oh yeah. I find her mostly useful in Imaginarium Theater. The one exception being in very dangerous Abyss against aggressive enemies where Prototype Amber Nahida is not enough.

6:58 isn't Kachina good with Mualani also for her A4 passive? Considerable burst buff honestly, kind of a detail but I feel like it's an honorable mention.

I plan on building her, but I just got Kazuha, so it's him first, then ascending Yanfei, Kinich, Nahida (rebuild) and DMC (rebuild)

@Juice-chan Oh I'm always busy working on something XD. The ones I mentioned are just the ones with priority before Kirara (assuming that Pyro MC isn't as good as DMC and I won't have to build Collei)
If I ever use my benched Keqing (which happens), I play her with Yaoyao for healing.

My kirara is tied to my Clorinde since I can run Zhongli on the other half. I refuse to learn enemy attack patterns or do more than mash buttons to get 36 stars 😂. The Kirara slander is for try hards tbh

im thinking of getting neuvillette and making a HyBloom team with nahida, kirara and raiden. kirara would have sapwood blade to give raiden more EM and deep wood to shred dendro res. but ig i could put deepwood on nahida and have kirara use instructor. which would be better?
Ig deep wood would be better since too much EM would just have diminishing returns. RIGHT? so having stronger nahida would perhaps be stronger🤔
@@JontsuI disagree. In this team Neuv will demand a lot of field time driving his Hydro, especially when he doesn't have off field presence.
Nahida in this team shouldn't use her burst because it will be wasted. Her dendro application is high and it will eat Neuv's hydro.
Building Raiden with full EM is better than building Nahida. Just get Nahida 4pc DW and move on to Raiden.

I will never use kirara in abyss but since there is also I.t now and in that we gets random teams, specially when u know or need the ginny pig character where u know u only need 2/3 character ( in i.t )

Can you build her with 2pc hp% relics for more comfy shielding in an aggravate team, or does that ruin the damage of aggravate teams? (Will the 2pc hp% relics even help her shielding much?)
2pc hp will net you around 45k hp which will make her stronger than Zhongli if you're facing Dendro attackers.
Equipping 2pc hp will net you more shield strength but results in DPS loss. Sometimes I take the loss instead of being interrupted during my rotation

@@Juice-chan the boss that drops the Evergloom Rings doesn't drop dendro emerald mats so I have to kill extra bosses. I don't need the mats from the bosses that drop emerald mats so it's basically 80 resin vs 40. I know this isn't a new problem but last character I built was Furina and it was so nice not having to worry about that. I just wish the Baptist dropped emeralds.
