There is no such thing as 'un-copyrighted'. No-one will throw their music out there for others to sell, etc, with no credit. I guess what you mean is creative commons attribution. This license allows you to commercially use music, so long as you GIVE CREDIT. I would contact the artist and ask if the music is creative commons attribution and if commercial use is allowed.
