" Aerosmith "used the lines "So there she was/Buns up and kneelin'/I was wheelin' and dealin'" in "Girl (Keeps Coming Apart)" from their 1987 comeback album Permanent Vacation, and made sure to credit Zappa in the liner notes.
    Clues In This Song:
The song makes reference to Lice when the narrator asks Dinah-Moe's sister "if she had any cooties on there", to which she responds with indignation: "Whaddya mean, cooties!? No cooties on me!"
Zappa's favorite Zircon-encrusted tweezers also make an appearance in the song ("D'you think I could interest you in a pair of zircon-encrusted tweezers?").

The whole Overnight Sensation album by Zappa is freakin genius. The band has some of the best jazz musicians in the world on it. Everybody wanted to play with Frank because not only was the music so tight and intense, his lyrics are soooo funny the band is constantly in stitches.

The most rebellious musician ever but in such a clever way... that was Frank! No one else back in the 60s & '70s would have been able to put out the material he did and get away with it.... great reaction thanks, Rory.

I was a teenage drummer when I first heard this tune in the early 70's. I was a teenaer with bell bottom Levis listening to Frank. LOL. Enjoy mate.

He never had a member in his band that were multi instrumentalists. Frank himself had most every instrument mastered.
I don't know who the M&M guy is but I'm pretty sure Frank was probably first. Respected and copied by many. There is a video of him almost reggingly spending a few days with Pink Floyd while they were tripping. Although Frank was only high on coffee and nicotine. His attendance wasn't for his benefit.
Apostrophe and Joe's Garage were some of his best works. Although albums like absolutely free and we're only in it for the money oh hell all of them. His son Dweezil had been a Studio musician for decades. Playing multiple instruments backing up many bands and artists in the studios.
And his daughter Moon had her hit called Valley Girl.lol

@@Ozarkprepper643- Yes, Marlon is lonely, desperate for attention and probably lives in his mother's basement. Nobody on Zappa reactions gives him the attention he so badly wants, but he is so desperate he continues to try and get it.
