The amount of humility someone has to have to not make everything only about them cause they’re the best in the world is NUTS. This just made me a huge fan of Samson. Everbody talks about training amd why it is so important. Training is less important than creating the right environment. Look at gorilla's our cousins they are 1.70 and weigh 200 kg pure power and never train.

It's definitely time to get ready for summers. All year working from home and fat just built up on me like crazy. I will start with these 10-30 minute workouts. Also I found really nice meal plan at Onlymeal. I hope this combo will get me in shape of my life. Wish me some luck.
