Raina I barbecue the best Tri Tip Well Done as you like. It takes lots of raising and lowering the grill, because you want to cook the inside brown without burning the outside black yet keeping the inside juicy... I can't believe you're in Taiwan already!

At first, it looked a little too raw for my taste but a good source of protein raina! My favorite steak is a medium well bone in rib eye steak with sauteed onions and mushrooms on top all seasoned up! Good job girl!😘
I don't like my steak all cut up I like to cut up my own steak more enjoyable and more juicy that way.
