I’ve already switched companies to GFL. But yet haven’t had the springs waste recycling and trash bins taken away and I’ve called quite a few times but yet no answer so there now just sitting on the curb waiting to be taken away.
Tried three times to leave a complaint on their website (trash has not been picked up in two weeks). Each time, when I hit the "submit" button, nothing happened. Phone calls are not answered or returned.
This company lack any integrity. They have missed out service for the last three weeks.I was hung up on three times and today when I got a live person was assured by (Melanie) that they would pick it up today. However it never happened. So many excuses and no reason to pick up...they just lie.
That's right, he doesn't want to run the trucks in your neighborhood for safety. You know for the kids and pets. Because we all know it is safer to have mountains of routing garbage around for the kids and pets to play in than risk having a truck, that you paid for, pick it up.
The reroute has been a disaster -- an utter failure of leadership. When they missed my recycling YET again, I called them. Their voicemail tree says "Be patient as we train our people on their new routes" and then proceeds to put you on hold forever. I'm sorry -- NO. Your job, as a leader, is to train your people BEFORE you do something that will screw over your customers.
Sounds like they have a lot of excuses and no solutions. They're really throwing Springs Waste under the bus instead of taking responsibility for the mess they made. We've used SW for 6 years and we've never had any issues, their drivers were not running around hitting kids or mailboxes. They were fast, efficient and had good customer service. We just quit Waste Connections after giving them until August to sort out their problems. 3 weeks of missed service and we switched to Infinite Disposal.

I thought GFL is leaving Colorado Springs

I did that too. It just sits and spins, but then I found that it DID actually submit. So, yeah, even their web site sucks.

If the rerouting was to make things more efficient, it failed ... horribly.
