What a performance from Frank Mejia. 215 with a significant improvement from last tourn. And Dexterity looking to upset a lot of teams again but this time with a more complete squad.
Man... I kind of feel bad for the brand new teams. Getting beat is one thing, getting DESTROYED by the veteran teams could be demoralizing. I hope Chase Tag can get popular enough that there can be a "development" tournament that's available only for new teams to help them gain experience before they have to matched up against the more established teams.
We kinda got that with the woman league right now as the main tournament is not gender locked. Meaning the woman will be able to catch up after a few of their bouts and go to the main roster. but even that league will start to look like this when more then just Ashley has any actual veterency on the quad.
No Ethan Guzman and APK Blue top the group. That’s what I call impressive stuff. Great to see Frank Mejia back on the quad and Tyler Carrie, despite his first appearance on the quad, he’s knows what he was doing getting 2 Evasions for the team.
215 showing some really strong potential, can't wait to see them again! APK Blue looking amazing as always, and glad to see a bit more from Dexterity! Great matches from start to finish
What potential do you see 215 having? They lost horribly and only won against a first timer Mexican team. If it wasn't for the Mexican team, they'll be dead last.
@@justcarryonnow they've got skill, speed, and accuracy. What they're lacking is familiarity, strategy, and anticipation. A bit of careful video review, some more time on the quad, and a bit of thought could propel them up quite a bit. And Mariachi Speed might not have looked strong, but I think both teams are actually stronger than they look, just look weak compared to APK Blue and Dexterity Depot. They have good athletes, just don't have a good enough handle on the game yet. Do I think they could take Ollo or another team at that level, probably not, but the difference between where Ollo or SoFlo were and where 215 is currently didn't look very big to me, they just need some time to hone specifically to WCT. Just my opinion, as someone who really enjoys looking closely at the different PK athletes and teams
Now I feel stupid for thinking Dexterity depot's performance last time was a fluke. And the legend Frank Mejia is back. I really wanted to see him dominate
I don't even know, how blasphemous what I'm about to say is, but i honestly am not even sure I'd put my money on Apex versus either Dexterity or APKB! And we haven't even seen Hollywood's group yet. Could this be the making of potential Apexless final? At long last? (Not that i dislike A-lads by any means, it's just... At some point enough's enough, right?)
10:03 Team Dexterity cosplay One Piece 😂 29:41 Frank return as a King !!! 🔥 51:45 First I'm worry about this season out of Ethan, but Matthew getting strong in both evade & chase 👍 58:02 excited Frank 😂
First off, HUGE progress made by 215. Still not there but looking much more competitive (espicially Eli Sell diving through that gap at 3:54, holy). Dexterity also improving significantly, this time with a more complete lineup. And we finally get to see Tim Dexter after that injury in WTC 6 USA! Mariachi Speed not looking awful but practice is needed, but they did seem to improve between their first two matches. They do need to work on gaining central control though, as there were many times in the APK Blue and 215 matches they could've done so, especially in the tilted cube. Lastly APK Blue, not much to say about them except that they also seem to to have a more complete roster. And Fank returns! (okay someone nerf this guy) In all, both Dexterity and APK Blue are looking like teams to potentially beat Apex Sun!
Really cool to see 215 come back in this form, incredibly solid for just a second appearance. Dexterity and APK are some of the best teams in the sport.
39:20 Mariachi did get the tag before he flew out of bounds. Watch in 0.5 or 0.25 speed and you'll see his right index finger flick up against 215's shoe. I'm honestly surprised he wasn't given the tag as it seemed noticeable even at full speed. Edit: Danee (Mariachi) definitely didn't get the tag on the DTR next chase but I think the refs realized they messed up the DTR on the previous play so they gave it back on the next chase.
Ah uh dont call the move the frank spot. Call it the mejia. More personal, catchy and it sounds like me here which is a great pun to go with a juking move.
@@sjeffy5137when they suck that much last tourney, it's easy to show improvement but they are still out of their league now. Same for the Mexican team, next tourney you're going to say they improved so much, yet they won't even come close to the other teams.
Just a thought. I'm net yet sure how exactly the rules would be but could it be possible for chase tag to try a 2v2 match where both teams have a chaser and an evader at the same time 😂

That roll Frank did on his 4th evasion! What a move! Welcome back!
That was sick!
Amazing performance Frank, welcome to the 6 club!
He was having so much fun with it, too!
Dexterity and Apk Blue both looking like powerhouses
They're good but they are also placed in a weak group with 215 and mariachi

Tough going for Mariachi Speed. I'm glad they got at least one evasion.

Dexterity is my favorite team!!!
It's not only Eli's face that reminded me of Andy but also that "22:58" Chase
Yep Frank Meija is absolutely awesome
25:08 absolutely is a tag there, though the overall game's result wasn't ever really in doubt
In addition to having Tim back, Dexterity got a quad installed in their home gym about 6 months ago. That's gotta make a huge difference.

Arturo Macarena 😂

Any idea what happened to Ethan Guzman?
215!
What a horrible chase from Mosley vs APK Blue at the end...
The Mariachi’s guy is running with a beanie ? Why ? 😂
That Mexican team was soooo bad, even for a new team, that was some low leveled stuff, holy crap.
215 looks damn solid, but Tempest is a nasty playoff match

The quad would likely need to be much larger, and have a complete restructuring of obstacles.
