Great review. I picked mine up last week in Paris and love it despite the annoyingly-low break-in rev recommendations! It really is like being on a magic carpet, perfectly stable in all situations, easy to lean and chuck, lovely sound, and good enough acceleration for the real world. Also easiest bike for filtering I've owned. I'm an experienced rider and have owned all kinds of bikes, but for modern road conditions and speed limits, this bike is a perfect sweet spot.
I ordered one and have it next week, did a test drive and liked it. This Trident is going to be the 24th bike and after more than 30 years of 1000cc four this will be smaller. It will also the first not Yamaha after 47 years. So a change and it's Yamaha fault for making ugly bikes. The 660 will be the 10th bike in my collection, seven FZR 1000 Exup, one FZ1 Fazer and one Mash Falcone 125 that I bought for my godchild Carolynne who wants to learn to drive a bike. I got it also for myself as something to drive in a different way, slower more nimble.

Hmm have a sit on it mate. It does feel compact to sit on! I'm 5ft 8inches tall and it's just about right for me.
