Tbf, fortnite bugs a lot for example when a shotgun shoots next to you the spray can damage you a bit normally. But at some point i got one shot by a bullet that should do around 9-20 damage.

It's almost like he's in the game called Labs if anyone doesn't know what that game is let me tell you it's a game where you get to practice whatever you want and you get unlimited things as much as you want it's super fun and you can invite as many people as you want an unlimited choice of your friends list and seems like he had a lot of people on his friends list and put his game on private so no one can get in or it's probably just me being a little bit paranoid let me know in the comments😅
