If you can climb 80 no of stairs under 1.5 minute. BP normal. Tryglyceride to HDL ratio below 2, Waist less than 35 inch, BMI less than 23. Such people have less chances of heart attack.

Sir i am having chest and arms pain on the left side from past 1 month and that is persistant....before that i hade chest and arms pains from last one year but it was not that concerning....till now i have had 20-25 ecgs one time it showed pvc so i had echo two times...and recently i had tmt and it showed 93% of target achieved with 12.1 mets...and no signs of significant aryythimia murmur etc...aftwr that i had endoscopy it showed antral gastritis..and than fatty liver grade 1...but still i am having sharp and acute left sided chest pains...that is continuously radiating to left arm and hand....and also fullnes of left side chest......also having anxiety...and my hands fingers get numb while sleeping and rumbling noises in stomach also having feeling like something is passing through my viens in shoulder...please suggest what i do
Take your vitamin B, 12 and vitamin D levels. Correct them or get a couple of injections for the same and take a muscle relaxant for a few days with an antacid

Sir, I am getting frequent left chest pain and sometimes I have chest pain along with some fatigue. This will come and go once or twice a week and trouble me 2-3 days , this is happening since almost 3 months now and all my tests came normal such as ecg, echo, tmt, coronary calcium score is zero and trophonin I test is also negative. When ever I feel having a chest pain or discomfort along fatiqe with lot of fear went to emergency ward and get all the tests done this is like almost 5 times since 3 months. Echo ecg and trophonin came normal no issues. Even doctors will say it’s normal and suggest some gastric tablets . But left side pain is real and most importantly I don’t get any breathlessness and sweating during chest pain but some kind of fatigue will be there during the time of chest pain. Met ortho, had physiotherapy then met gastrointestinal had endoscopy and met pain specialist and had so many tablets and met physiological doctor had so many tablets but still my problem not solved and no proper suggestions from doctors and they laugh at me saying you are too young as I don’t have family history and no smoking, no BP , no sugar, borderline cholesterol is only concern but I will be walking 3-4 kms in the morning and take stairs I don’t get chest during my activity and I get these symptoms only on rest. Need your valuable suggestions and solution on my problem

Sir I am 30 years old. Last night I had a panic attack in fear of ghosts. Suddenly my heart rate became faster then I checked my blood pressure. It was 147/95 and the heart rate was 114. Again i checked and it was 136/89 and 106 heart rate. After some time i felt pain in the very left side of my chest and pain under my armpit to fingers. 2-3 minutes later it was gone. Then I slept till this morning. Now after 14-15 hrs later my left hand is still numb. I feel a little pain in my back. I have no sugar, cholesterol, no high bp but i have breathing problems. Recently i did a PFT report where FEV1/FVC is 86.9%. The doctor gave me a Digihaler fb 200 inhaler to take twice daily. Sir is there any chance i may have had a heart attack yesterday?
