too many to even say jump but my concern is atleast slow the event release a bit for gathering materials to spend to gain points on these events are not so easy as a f2p or even low spenders it is literally a farming method to get players spend more money and also my most and foremost concern which i know people have said a lot of time is that. Listen or take notice on Community feedbacks and concerns.
I sincerely believe after almost 3 years, definetely it's not going to change in any meaning way towards our benefit or satisfaction. It's useless to fill polls or any mean designed to try to reach devs with our feeedback. They simply don't care and are going to go on no matter what, or how many leave the game. Only reason I'm still in it is because of the company, but nevertheless it won't be enough to keep me on for long. Just been deciding to quit and any of this days might be the laat. Have even started playing new games to find something better. So clock is ticking away....
I was a player since the 1st month, but all what you said was acomulating, you know when the acc is good, but you feel your being ripped off, just because you not take a breath betwen one release to the other, and my on my smarphone started to break and getting supper slow, needed to restart in middle of one event, well, now have more time to personal projects XD
We all know, that limitless ruined everything, not events, limitless.
So many players has been zeroed so easy bcs of limitless, so many of them quitted.
Man, I had a 8.4m troops, and one guy zeroed me from 4 solo attacks, and I'm p10, maxed chief and hero gear.
Most of the Strongest alliances who are on the top bullied/attacks the smaller alliances who cannot depend their territory because they are outnumbered and they are just newcomers or just a new players. The strongest player who attacks the weak players just to loot resources and just to maintain their number one (1) statuses, and no remorse to the other players. They are annoying. You cannot play the other events because it is only for R5(LEADER) and R4(CO-LEADERS). R3, R2, R1 you have no choice but to play the remaining events and mostly they are the prospective targets of the other strongest alliances.
I agree and these are the reoccurring things that the SOS community has been complaining about for a while now. Gameplay sucks, the unbalanced events from week to week and the continuous amount of new features is ridiculous and impossible to keep up. The game is not sustainable and quite frankly no longer enjoyable. More and more players keep quitting and those that stay have cut back significantly (money and playing) and really just stay for the relationships they’ve made. There is zero competition and strategy in the game because who can compete and play against a whale.
I only log in for conversation with my 4-5 friends these days... This game died for me 2mo ago and got worse when I had to file my opt-out twice to maintain my placement on the lawsuit... 😢
I stay for some of the friends I've made. I'm F2P so if someone attacks me, I'm not the one losing money. I have better things to spend money on.
Yeah only decent event was RR but even that gets old after a while. I use to play alot but I am finding my self getting bored.
I very much agree with your point of view, especially the speed of event release, which is really too fast, which makes many f2p or low-consumption players feel stressed and bored. This will only shorten the life of the game. I hope developers can face up to the problem instead of ignoring it
The most reason to people quit game coz the development never care about players say or try at least fix the things in game we ask like matching /lags / bugs but whatever they will just release new things airplane research troops monekys events everything make you pay money
My main concerns atm are:
a) It is too much p2w. Now dont get me wrong. This is not about "I want to play for free". The problem is that everything is so ridiculously overpriced there is not even an incentive to even spend money.
Moderate spending of about 10$ a month will not get you anywhere so why start spending at all. Currently the only useful bundle for moderate spenders is daily drop to get some more stamina.
b) Tootips are either wrong or misleading. Seriously how am I supposed to plan my upgrades if I cant rely on the ingame information to be correct.
c) There are very few events where you can actually feel getting stronger. Most of the events like cc, rr etc. I simply join rallies so all my heroes/stats dont matter at all, the remaining every day tasks like intel are so easy it does not matter either. You can try to beat the next colloseum elite once a month and maybe smash some lower players in ah and that is pretty much it.

Too many big money updates pumped out at once, now I get burned at water raid with 7 million troops and was max player before limitless. Ridiculous. I stopped donating to Kings Group for this reason.
Price increases on the diamond store upset me so much. I just stopped spending completely. Went from high spender to zero
yep, mid spender and have just stopped, don't even know where to begin - anything Id buy would just be a drop in the ocean with another 2 oceans not even started so what's the point??

I completely agree with all of the above. In my state, more than half of the players with vip12 have already left the game or transferred their accounts to those who are still playing. Even the fattest whales do not keep up with updates and see the point of investing such a lot of money in something that will depreciate after 1-2 updates.
Also, no less important thing: the strategy factor is absolutely destroyed in the game. You can come up with thousands of ways to win, but all of them will break at any moment on the account of another billionaire.
I remember perfectly well how at the very beginning of the game's development strategy was really a winning factor, but now the only strategy is to saturate the pockets of developers who absolutely do not care about their audience and this is terribly disappointing
Yes, the game used to require a lot more strategy and tactics to win even with spenders in alliances. But steadily the strategy element has been steadily diminishing because there is no way to counter whales with much higher stats and 1.5mn or more rally sizes. At least there used to be some skill in defence of cap/facilities/bunker by utilising defence heros, but now limitless heros have broken all of that too since their skills are just way stronger than all other heros.
i actually only kinda agree on this argument. i think it's fine for high spenders to play as they do in general. i just think if a highspender is also online 24/7 than that's nothing one can beat. i think it's fine if you either are a highspender and don't get to play that much or a low spender/f2p if you put in loads of time.
Hi, I don't know how you estimated 50 million players? Currently, the new state has a number of something over 1200,. usually after about 2 - 3 months there are max 500 players or less, some have several accounts in the same state. 90% of accounts opened in new states are new accounts of players from old states. Very optimistically, this game is currently played by a maximum of 600k people. Realistically maybe 300k. Considering the fact that most of the old states no longer exist.
Overall, it's a little-known game but well enough sociologically done to get this small group of people addicted to spending huge amounts of money on pixels.
Congratulations to those who managed to quit the game, you have stopped wasting your time and money.
Also, the devs forgot that people need to work to pay their game. AH on Tuesdays, MMs on Wed-Fri, new RL on weekdays 🙄
I think people overlook how much locking players in 1 server/state really killed the game for the majority of players. If you've only played SoS, then you might not understand how unnatural this is. Look at contemporaries like Lord's Mobile, and Rise of Kingdoms where they have large and active communities because those games allow for migrations. In turn, this lets the community actually interact with each other where we cannot. You want to get away from bullies? Your state is basically dead with only two active alliances? Can't find an alliance that works in your timezone or speaks the same language? Start over in a new state, fuck all the investment you've made. Horrible design, I wish this was talked about more.
The issue with that is jumpers. Maybe if they make it so you need to play for a month before you can migrate or something.

Great video Jump! I feel the burnout a little, especially when playing multible states and Accounts. I loved your advices for fixing the problem, the talking to the players idea is by far the best though. I would also love to have RR on a fixed time again, maybe when they add that "Devtalk" feature
The game is nothing more than a money grab by them and you have NO LIFE if you get into the game. It required so much of both that I quit being the leader of the strongest Alliance in my State and the Game 1 year ago. And it is VERY PAY to PLAY!
100% true. There is also another big problem in my opinion (more, but I'm thinking at this one)... There is no real easy guide for this game (except the beginning tutorial learning you how to harvest tomatoes...). I mean, people should be aware somehow that they will need plasma after lvl30, and in big quantity. People should be aware that T11 troops will be available after reaching plasma. People should be aware that new generations of heroes are coming from time to time. This all looks obvious for us "older" players, but for the first timers, the frustration is huge when they discover these stuff !
We really really could use our sadly departed streamers. We had a multi state merge 3 days ago. I just turned on game and see just now we have a new generation of heroes drop as well as limitless heroes and 2 new events on top of the SOTF. FFS I want to go screaming for the hills and not look back!

I was just saying last night, TO MANY EVENTS. Which none of these events have anything that I need to help me get stronger… I need behemoth stuff. Also, they release so much at once that I can’t keep up.
Unfortunately nothing will change. We use the official discord daily spamming about features , about prices , about bugs, Nothing is changing. In the end , we do speak with Mods (players) about issues. They sent the feedback to a spam folder in devs email. Developers cares only about content release. Nothing else. Pushing stats to 5k or to unlimited power till they decide to make the "feature"outdated and release another hyper features. The frustration is bigger than ever. The game suppose to be a mobile game which you can play 2-3-4 hours per day. It turned a part(full) time job which requires attention every single hour. Personally i am tired. I think daily the idea to take it easy slow slow and then quit(?).. This game , as a mobile game , could be fun and entertaining. Trying to force to make it PC version makes the mobile experience at least awful. Even a latest gen Phone can't be 24/7 in charger. Even with PC version , after a while the game is glitchy , buggy. You can't enjoy the gameplay.
P.S : Time consuming , repeating (glitchy) events , not F2P friendly (not even for mid spenders) , 0 communication community - devs , lack of customer support , poor game experience.

I tried to hang on hoping this would get better, but many of the events got increasingly worse. For example, survival of the Fittest Bloodsport has gotten to the point many of the stages can't be completed unless you spend money to buy certain resources. Not to mention the stages have gotten redundant where it's the same daunting tasks back to back. I finally just abandoned my account all together.

Means a lot to me tbh this comment. I did not want to mention this in this video, because of irrelevancy towards core issues, but I feel SoS has done nothing but work AGAINST me in the year that i have been making videos. It is something that annoys me so so so much. It does not mean I need a paycheck from them, but they still treat us like noobs and that drives me crazy

Many of us have begun to feel pressure because of the many events. The game is no longer encouraging to continue , we have become like a student who was absent from class and the teacher assigned him to complete all the meals at once The game will fall if they continue this way Even the bunker fight is no longer exciting due to the losses that are not covered by the bunker bonuses .Win the money, but remember that the money comes from the player, if the player is not satisfied, you will fall like other games
normally these types of game if you put the time in you can slowly catch up but after nearly 3 years p9 I got hit by a player solo into my 6 million troops and lost! that was the end for me
The hype imo is what has killed the game.. what happened to strategy, planning, actually thinking of your next move.. development says spend spend spend and your money does the thinking..oh wow it only cost 5grand and I'll get an extra blah blah blah from rewards.. 3k here and I get .2% increase in health.. 1800 bucks there and surly I'll win svs.. thinking, defence, strategy is completely gone from the game, but you can buy your way to the top of the leaderboard in this game..no work required.. easy button engaged..the shinny luster of accomplishment is no more..

I played up until the release of Mining Mayhem at which point it got very tiresome and too expensive to continue growing further in power. The red tier of chief gear was the first biggest offender as you could even overpower a P8 settlement at P5 if you had it maxed which cost way more than getting to P8. Then it just continued to get worse.
I wish they had slowed down to let new features settle in and allow players to adapt and catch up to one another instead of there being a tiny few super powered settlements that stomp over everyone else.
The problem is KG does not care because their main income is generated by the 3% of super whales and their aim is to keep those in game and ruin the experience for the 97% rest of the community. The only strategy left is what to upgrade first but that is an issue that concers mainly the spenders. The game is far too broken and nothing gets ever realesed with the right amount of testing. It's sad to see for those of us that invested a lot of time and some money in this, it used to be fun for the first year and a half, now it's only a money grabbing race, every new upgrade obliterates the previous one. It's a shame for the SoS community they are active and dedicated but all their requests just fall on death ears. Another good game ruined. Nice video

I recently got into the game and I really like it but at the same time feel overwhelmed by all the events and I always feel like I’m missing something. My favorite part is the story mode but get stuck every time have to upgrade my buildings to proceed. Then I’m stuck literally days upgrading buildings to play 3 or 4 more rounds. I could of course spend money but then not as fun. Is there no real way to locate specific characters? Or is just random on who’s shards you get in epic searches? Would be nice if there were certain levels you could explore to get certain shards. The better hero would be more challenging of course but at least I wouldn’t be waiting for days just to get some random shards or have to buy them.
Im surprised big companies like Blizzard didn't make a game like this. If they did, they would have made it properly without all that pay to win garbage and would have taken all customers from those other games.
100% agreed This game don’t allow a job and a real live ! + all the tasks as a r5/r4 i’m still in the game because of our alliance good peeps play together since +-3 years , but since statemerge and all those events , a lot are gone

I was a mid spender but iv basically only spend on arms crates and skin events screw everything else they just gana release something that makes the $400 I spent a week earlier completely irrelevant
for me as a low spender i think that the permanent rng is just annoying. i don't want to always get the best rewards in events, idc, otherwise i would spend way more. but the range of rewards is from god tier to whatever is below the shit of hell tier. as an example the now active event labyrinth city is just a joke. you have to restart rounds up to 20 times just to get the range dude to not be at 5 moves away and has the level boss and some other mobs before then. i know this goes into the category of premature release as well but i just think the fact that there are no limitations to their rng is just plainly bad. same goes with the path of water event, the rng is just how teams are balanced. you get into a team that as a non maxed player going agains 2 maxed players and you still have the only one in the match on your team who doesn't get 1 single win. plus how is it a thing that you just look for 4 other maxed out players and don't get any time punishments for this. they just don't put much thought into their product. basicly the game has so much potential but it is the by far worst conducted game i have ever been a part of. i mean i played league of legends for about 10 years and even i think that riot is god tier at balancing compared to sos devs...
The thread SoS is hanging from, is the relationships amongst players. If it wasn't for that, I believe this game would be done! Players are constantly chasing to stay update and thar in itself kills the enjoyment. It's become more like a job instead of entertainment!

More people would be able to play if they altered the times for event's that included everyone. Americans and other countries with similar TZ are left out a lot. Even with the new SvS we cant fight for cc now.
It is a hard one. Time will never be ideal for everyone, but i get your pov. Not sure if a workaround would be possible tbh

I stopped playing after investing a year in the game as a med-low spender. The difference from the big spenders and the rest grew too much, even being part of the #1 or 2 alliance.
Too many events to keep track of and not sure which ones were worth my time... I just stopped. Not worth it anymore.
Definitely not worth spending in game anymore. So many things to focus on, just not worth it.
They made it impossible for us to contact cs in case of any issues and if by a miracle you manage to speak to someone, they don't help at all.

As a free to play person. I just managed to get to plasma 7. I just play tops an hour. To much going on. Losing interest as well. Especially when I see a lot higher people attack the alliance members with a lot less power. Today a new update came and I lack one of the characters. I just laughed. I didn't pay for him then and now it's just biting me back. 😅 I can't afford to spend money so. I agree with your comments.

Paying 6 euros for 60 plasma cores and some rss is insane. I just stopped spending entirely after they increased the prices for the bundles.
I used to play several accounts everydays. But due to more and more events, i have to give up other accounts and only focus 1. Or else i really have no time to play.

Since the company changed management, the game has gone downhill fast.
Also they should stop punishing players for requesting refunds, due to payed for items not being received by the player after purchase as a result of a bug in the game which is their fault and not the players. Noob developers unfortunately. Without players playing and spending money on the game there would be no state of survival.

I'm totally on your side. This was a well done video from you! Let's hope the leadership of sos gets their thumbs out of their asses and start listening to the consumers because in the end of the day, WE, us consumers dictate where the business is going.
Not worth the money or the time I have been playing for three years it has become ridiculous
As a product manager in real life, I have a perspective about this issue. There so many aspect when you create and launch a new product, and as developer they should “LEARN”, and “RE-LEARN”.
If KG also a user of State of Survival, they must realized that what they key factor which make the game keep alive. And for me the answer is “THE PEOPLE”.
SOS gameplay is suck, everyone know it, but they keep playing because of “FRIENDSHIP”. Its not a bullshit, and if KG wants to release a new features, please focus on “ENHANCHING PEOPLE CONNECTION” rather than always releasing a new and repetitive gameplay.
Start with : Enhance your Direct Message (Player to Player), Create a room message in game (Player to Player), Ability to share a stickers, create a good “lobby” for players for who just starring on game and chatting. Availibility to speak and voice notes, and etc.
Again People. When you get people’s heart, you will win the game, dear KG.
I’m curious why did you put friendships in quotations? Lol. But yeah the game is a total rip off. Toxic as hell. SVS is stressful instead of fun and everyone is panicking and you’ll have some people even rage quit the game in the middle of an event or run to join whatever clan won the capital building. I’ve spent thousands and regret it. Will be quitting soon.

I 1 million percent agree with all your points jump but the simple fact is kings don’t care if there game is bugged or features not functioning currently because they know 100% spenders will still spend regardless of the issues. If people really want things to be fixed the solution is simple!!!! Everyone and I mean everyone stop buying packs this will force change but this will never happen because kings know it’s part of human nature that people are competitive and will always purchase things as soon as released to get in front of the competition and so the circle continues around and around 😂. The answer is simple stop supporting kings financially and they will be forced that make the changes necessary. Kings haven’t changed things even with all the complaints, videos, people quitting etc so I can’t imagine they will ever change whilst people are still spending. The biggest issue is people complain but those same people still spend thousands everyday, every week and every month regardless of not being happy with things. If you bought a car from a dealership and had nothing but problems with the car, received poor customer service when trying to get it fixed, felt let down etc etc you wouldn’t use this dealership again to buy another car so I don’t get why we all keep buying into state of survival even tho they do the same thing over and over 🤦
Many devs of this kind of games, dont care about people not playing anymore, as long as they make the cash they expect to make, once they got it, doesn't matter

Our alliance has a 60 year old p4 who says they have never spent money they get 4 pieces of new red gear a week aircraft is double power of anyone's They have no clue when chief badges material comes from. Enjoyed your videos and thanks for all the help you provided

The pay wall for this game ramped up so quickly there was no reasonable way to continue playing

Last fortress! I have never played State of Survival before, but this community has many old players. I hear the game is similar and packs and items are way cheaper.

Those 50M players that left did so because they didn't get any good draws mor legendary heroes which makes sense because they didn't download the game from the link in this video

an alliance top member phx wunima attacked his neghbouring alliance and repetedly killed all the low lvl players. when complaints were made regarting the so called alliance agreements that had been broken, the issue was swept under the carpet, the leader of phx incouraged the breaking of so called agreements
cos 1.8B player with 5.8M T12 can be single hitted by a maxed player and be burned. ehhehe but this is the funny part
Also, some players are Allowed to use some bughole, to improve before everyone, kg know it but dont wanna take measures only cos are maxed players.

Lots of P2W players now quitting because they feel like puppets controled by KG. Making everyone race for those stupid skins and events. For example: put thousands dollars on an event (soft, svs prep,...) but 1st rank got only 100 gold frags and a skin with 2% troop attack. Sorry Kinggroup but we are not stupid anymore😂😂

I find it amusing they release the absolutely hideous UI "redesign" that is fucking unusable. I use it 5 mins per day to get the reward then switch back; I'll probably stop even doing that cuz I'm caring less and less.

I really don't understand the point of having a ptr server, We get to test something in ptr and after 2 days it goes to live servers, If sos slow down and properly test features or events before it goes to live, game will survive couple of more years 😂
Bad things about the events in state of survival and other similar games is that almost every events they realease is paid and catered to whale players which is the sad reality in all mobile games

There are alot of stuff that needed to spent money like materials for a certain things in which F2P playes can't get it easily (e.g Legendary Hero Fragments, chief and hero gear stuff, and more). You can easily get killed by P2W playes cuz they're like 3x ahead of you.
F2P players can get some certains item like i mentioned before, but its so less and some useless like resorces like WHAT DO I NEED THIS FOR WHEN I CAN GET IT MORE IN GATHERING WHEN IM OFFLINE... and yeah, in short... game is P2W focused
Long term stradegy dont work on games. Players will quit no matter what.

I think the game is stupid, and it’s just getting worse. I only still play because I’ve made friends, but as they’re burning out and playing less or leaving altogether, I have fewer and fewer reasons to play.
It’s going to shit it seems , today we fought in RR , not even league mode and fought a player with 2900% stats and a few others at 2600% , sadly I was our highest at 23000% and we had 1 p10 rofl while they had all p10 or p9 with only 1 p6 … crazy , was the matching opponent totally offline ROFL, safe to say … perhaps last $ I will be spending .
