    I come back to this too often... maybe you could give a general framework for a good moveset(combo extenders, guard breaks, combo starters etc.). that could help with hybrid builds especially.

      I didn't do that because builds change a lot with every update. It helps to watch other people and see what's currently meta

    I think upper body muscle is the only one that helps. I got a 700/400 split and ever since I reached 1k stamina I've been gaining around 50 stamina every 65%. Before it was 70

    Do you have any recommendations for a razor edge boxing hybrid, as i didnt wanna go boxing style because the damage isnt great and i dont really like side kick that much

      use Jaw Breaker as a stun instead of side kick and if you want some good boxing moves take Jab Rush and Gazelle Punch.

      if you want to go full in on being tall I'd use taekwondo because being tall with taek is like playing the game on easy mode

    I don't know if you still play Mighty Omega but If I wanted to get 75 - 100 TP in a week, what would I use?
    Like does the macros I use matter that much (Tinytask) or is there a better macro because Idk if I can get the paid access one. Also, what would I need to do to increase my gains multipliers?

      Right so you're going to want to get the Vivace macro, check out my Beginner's guide I talk about both Senya and Vivace in there. Going for muscle and stamina you'll get a lot of TP very quickly.

    Any reccomendations for a Muay Thai for primary and wrestingling on the side build? Its a reinhold that will have 170 on both muscles

      I think combining those two styles together is insane. With that being said, Roundhouse Kick, Flying Teep, Tiger Bite, Body Slam, Elbow Drop, Shoulder Bash. Last skill is from sumo but its very helpful.

      Just got the chance to get my first movie and I was checking your advice, how would I get Tiger Bite when it's a pure? If you don't reply it's fine since I can always find a replacement.
      On a side note I have been working on 2 different accounts that are not this build. With one being Sanji with Capo and Taek and the other build being pure advanced. I just felt like updating this rq. Thanks for the feedback with the wrestling

      @@jayinvictus3945 Get 3 abilities in muay, pick up tiger bite, get rid of one of the other abilities. Tiger Bite itself counts as a muay thai skill so the pure remains usable

    im at 140 upperbody muscle and 250 stamina should i keep training stamina or train more muscle because iam running out of stamina very quickly it also takes very long to regen stamina

      idk what your lower is but if you'd follow the guide you'd know you're going to need 400 total muscle, so likely 200 upper and lower. Once you've got that you should comfortably be able to train to 1k stamina.

    whats the best style for short ppl? also, would staying lean really hurt my ability to build up stamina because you need muscle for it?

      Yeah you're going to need that temporary muscle so you can get some big boy stamina. And if you're super short I recommend a speed style like Boxing, but ultimately you should pick what you're best with which comes with experience and experimenting.

    Does it help at all to have muscle when grinding RS. I'm just now getting off my stamina arc and I'm unsure if the muscle is helping or hurting my gains. I'm able to do a full tread while running still

      For pretty much every lean style, your endgame stats are probably 3k sp and around 800-1000 ss. That doesn't need to be overnight though so work up to it

    I’m at 2k stamina right now, but I heard that if u got a lot of runningspeed it will be hard to train stamina. Do you know how much runningspeed I could get to not slow down my stamina gain till 3k?

      I haven't heard of running speed slowing down stamina, train your running speed to your heart's content.

      If you have 100-1000 stam try to stay at around 400tm, if you're going for 1000-3000 go to 800tm, once you go from 3000 to max just bump up to 1500tm. You kinda just gotta use stat checkers often to keep track of muscle. For the most part you should just want to have barely enough stamina to finish the treadmill session in one go without stopping.

      stamina drain is the rate that your stamina goes down, if you put up your muscle and/or fat your stamina drain goes up

      You'll reach the softcap really quickly and have a horrible time training because you'll be spending additional time and money

      The macro will do it for you but you can run in place by holding s and double tapping w and then holding w immediately after

      the majority of it stands true except stamina and running speed training. you should just barely run out after each session on the treads. you can increase ur stamina drain with equipment, muscle, and fat in order to do so

      So it's been quite a while since I uploaded the video and I learned a lot more, I can safely say you should be good with 500 upper and 200 lower for stamina training

      If you want to stay lean I'd chill out at like 311 TM but if you wanted to go over a little a safe place to stop is 390. Anything past that is pretty much muscle build territory.

      I personally am a dedicated Mika so I won't spin off but they do keep nerfing Mikas so either they will keep nerfing it and it'll be bad, in which case I'm gonna spin off it but it may be seeing a buff soon so I'm waiting for that

      Dragon Claw is no longer usable, substitute it with Gazelle Punch or whatever safe moves you enjoy using. Also replace Side Kick with Leaping Monkey

      Wear no equipment but when your stam gets real high you start to benefit from light vest. I'm talking like 2.5k stam

      Muscle increases the gains from pressing the buttons on treads. Fat gives you more gains from the running in place part

      Yeah you'll want to have high stats. General consensus is having higher stats is better, so I'd train like the guide says to.
      optimal stats are 3k SP, 700-1000 SS, Max Dura, Max Stamina, Muscle depends on what you prefer, RS is also pretty based on preference but 2k is really fast
