This is the type of segment that really got to Opie. Jimmy and Anthony are just flowing line after line Opie wants so bad to just have one good one but his little brain just can’t come up with one and he doesn’t have the confidence even if he did.
That is your opinion, not a fact. Of course he isn't as funny Norton or Ant but he has his moments of pure gold. Opie has to take on the role of "the hole" every once in awhile just to keep the show moving and on point.

People are steadying to realize despite opie not being a comedic talent, he steered the ship and the show would have been absolute shit without him. It makes some of his worse moments on air a little more bearable- especially when we find out he’s the only decent human out of the 3 of them ( 6 years later)
