This is an old vid but guys please keep in mind that defined abdominal muscles are 1) not genetically easy for a lot of people, some people can work out normally and they show up, but those people are in the minority. 2) Keeping that amount of tone in the abs requires grueling workout every single day and if you miss even a day or two they can "disappear" again because abs are supposed to be low bulk for the body to function well. 3) and maybe the most important for health, to show the ab muscles the person needs to be at EXTREMELY low body fat % which is so incredibly difficult to maintain when you cannot sleep a lot or eat on a regular schedule (we can only guess how busy they are always) + being at that low body fat % can be dangerous for a lot of people, it really stresses the body in some ways. tl;dr you don't own someone's body and calm down about defined abs they are basically one of the most difficult and elusive and unrealistic bodily "features" to obtain and maintain.
