Also, is a roll masking tape the best option for holding the small bits? I used a lid to some cottage cheese I was eating but seem to have misplaced a few screws.
I just got this pc model used and the wifi seems not working, I believe it doesn't have a wireless network card. If its possible then where and which type of wireless network card does it fit in?
Tech specs indicate the motherboard has a MXM 3.0 type A slot with a max power of 35W. Even though it might be possible to fit an upgraded video card, it looks like power and deprecated technology are probably going to prevent installing anything much more capable than the OEM AMD Radeon HD 7650A.
The best you could do on the CPU end of things with the Q77 socket is the Intel Core i7-3770 with Intel Graphics 4000, which has a maximum frequency of 1.15 GHz and 1.9 GB of memory. Even that chipset isn't as powerful as the OEM MXM card. Unfortunately, the all-in-one form factor is designed to maximize available tabletop space, not hardware expansion or performance.
I was looking at the HP support documentation here: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03454218 and the Intel support documentation for the i7-3770 here: ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/65719/intel-core-i7-3770-processor-8m-cache-up-to-3-90-ghz.html.
I ahve same system. How to remove forgotten password from hp compaq elite 8300 all in one.
Why did you choose a yellow handle screw driver over a red one?

@@devinchristensen4552 bed, Could it be worth changing to a more powerful cpu with a better integrated graphics card?
