KatiBrah you can use whatever type of fabric you feel comfortable in wearing. Normally yes swimwear is Lycra/spandex but it’s 2020 middle of a pandemic and there is no rules in fashion 🥰
If you want to swim in it then yes, otherwise it won’t stay in place/could be see through/will shrink
