appreciate this. Hard to realize Ed was always 7-8 years older than the rest. Been the biggest fan since the 90s, seen them a few times starting in 2008. He looked better then :D lol

This is the concert I missed because of Stub hub! They never sent me my ticket until I the next day. I cried for days about it!

Nothing wrong Ed's voice. I've seen them a ton live -- last month as a matter of fact. Unfortunately this recording isn't the best. Collective Soul is a great band and truly underrated. Glad I live in Georgia, because they are my all-time favorite band to see live. 😉

@@HonkyTonkBuffalo yeah really great video, and I noticed that it does exactly the same as my Samsung ultra, focuses the audio as you zoom in and out. Great videos I definitely subscribed, it seems like you will go watch a lot of the concerts I go see. Although it looks like you might get a little bit better of a variety that we get here in St Louis. Thanks for the upload!

@@HonkyTonkBuffalo will do. They played a show at the venue at the end of my subdivision. Killer band. Rare you get guys that old with two core members still in the band. They sound great, and Punky is a very genuine human being!

@danmulholland1634 he slept with the lead singers wife back when they were huge which is what caused the early breakup. The lead singer remarried awhile ago.

This is not the singer I knew in collective soul. If something happened to his voice I wish he would just be honest about it because I can understand that better then being super confused in what I'm hearing here you know? Roxanne

Ed’s falsetto has always been weird. He’s been singing this for 25 years, he’s not a young pup. He also is coughing during this and the mix is horrible.
The one time I wished the artist used Audio Tune.....but not bad, the Fine Young Cannibals are not young anymore.
No the real problem is that you are used to hearing artists with auto tune applied. If you were there, it would sound amazing.

I don't really care for the way he has changed his singing style. They were awesome in there time, I kinda think his ego ruined the core of the band.
