I knew of Imari through dealings with and around the antique trade and collecting in the UK but never heard mention of the Village of the Hidden Kilns even from the scholars of Japon Porcelain or of Kakiemon the Master who began it all, unforgivable perhaps. Much prized in the West .So I've truly learned something today and something about which I still have somewhat of an interest in. What a beautiful and stunning place a befitting testament to the wonderful porcelain that is Imari. どうもありがとう
