Kampung means "village" in Malay, and it is commonly referred as a generic name to the durian variety without any identification compared to modern durian variety that was cross breed and with appropriate names.
And because of that Kampung variety fetches a much lower price, but then again there are some kampung variety that are really good and with small seeds as well.

Perfect for export. B grade: weighs 1kg and above with a slightly odd shape, thus has less pulps inside compared to A grade C grade: small/mini size MK weighs less than 1kg or bigger size like A and B grades but with defects like worm hole and cracks
