Thanks. Look forward to your Light Wind Wing review
Thank you for sharing the stoke, my friend. 🤙🏽 Good winds! -Aaron
Great review, thanks. I have been on Gong Superpower here in Dubai for the last few years. Bought a 6m Strike a few months ago… love it when the wind is 16kts + going to look at a 8m as the warmer months with lighter wind approach.
Another great review! Thanks
Thank you, my friend-we sincerely appreciate the stoke! 🤙🏽 Good winds to you! -Aaron
I could fly the CWC3 for a longer period because my CWC2 has been repaired. Pretty disappointed about the 3. Low end ist really bad compared by the 2. Glad to have my 2 back 😊
great review, what set up do you use for 10knts wind (board, wing and foil)?

How does this compare to the Duotone Ventis / Ventis D/LAB?
Ventis has more low end but not as much top end range. The D/lab is more similar in top end and lighter weight. Personally, I prefer the hard handles. -Tucker
Great review. Love my 6m v2 but really disappointed with the quality. The 90deg elbows crack. Had this happen twice. Repaired under warranty but what a pain. My North Mode 7m is well made but heavy compared with the CWC 7. best wing is my DLab 4.5, so easy to throw around.
This just happened to me. How did they repair the elbows?
@@the_cometman Either replacement elbows or get a cotten bud and a little bit of sikaflex or similar and fill the crack from the inside using the cotten bud pushed into the elbow to get the sika in.
That's how I solved it until I get the new repair settings.
The recommendation to size up is good for anyone who wants to be immediately stoked on the light wind of the new wing or for low to intermediate riders who are still working on light wind technique. If you’re on the fence size wise, go up for sure. For me, I replaced my 7 with the V3 7 and initially I was kind of bummed on the low end but after 3 or 4 sessions to adjust I felt like it’s pretty much the same as my previous low end with a ton of other improvements to enjoy which you pointed out perfectly. I’ve had an awesome summer riding this thing with 20+ sessions now and I’m glad it’s not bigger than necessary for handling since it’s my daily driver. It just took some initial patience being so different from the V1/V2.
